uso Anote da un annetto e mezzo, il sito è molto affidabile e il supporto risponde in poche ore e sono molto efficaci, oltre che gentili.
lo trovo molto utile come investimento alternativo non correlato ad azioni e bond, cosa fondamentale soprattutto in periodi di alta volatilità. i rendimenti sono nella media, non si diventa ricchi ma si porta a casa mediamente dal 5 al 10% dipendentemente dal tipo di portafoglio e di operazioni che si fanno. probabilmente dedicandoci del tempo si porterebbe a casa anche di più ma lo usa principalmente come investimento passivo per le royalties.
l'unico appunto è che è poco liquido quindi non è detto che si venda o si acquisti al prezzo desiderato in tempi brevi, a volte passano anche giorni o settimane.

I've been investing with ANote Music for almost two years. It's a reliable platform, clear in its explanations and easy to use, with very satisfying results, including in the royalties received from my investments through them. Great customer service, they are professional and fast in taking care of any issue you might experience. The platform per se is easy to use. When I first stumbled upon Anote, I ran into a couple hurdles.
They were all fixed with the communication I received from Anote.
Friendly, and feels like they are genuinely there to help instead of just getting you out the way.
I tested the entire website out, and haven’t had a an issue with depositing or withdrawing.
I received multiple royalty payments as promised.
I highly recommended Anote and their terrific team!

Dopo circa un anno di investimento posso affermare che le royalties erogate sono in linea con quanto prospettato ma il rendimento è totalmente eroso dalla svalutazione del valore dei cataloghi.

Uso Anote Music da un po', ma è stata la prima volta che ho avuto bisogno di contattare il supporto per un problema di accesso alla piattaforma. Mi hanno colpito la competenza tecnica e la trasparenza nelle risposte. Non si sono limitati a una risposta automatica, ma hanno approfondito la mia richiesta risolvendola con cortesia. Un servizio clienti di questo livello aumenta notevolmente la fiducia nella piattaforma.

Piattaforma veramente interessante, ottimi rendimenti e sopratutto servizio clienti e supporto molto reattivi, disponibili ed efficaci. E' quasi un anno che sono in piattaforma e sono molto soddisfatto.

La utilizzo da poco piu di un anno (da ottobre'24), scoperta tramite una sponsorizzata di moneysurfers, ed effettivamente fa quello che promette, royalties musicali distribuite abbastanza regolarmente per ogni catalogo musicale acquistato: il rendimento è di circa il 10% finora. Se rimane un asset così decorrelato dal mercato negli anni avvenire sarà interessante, speriamo.

edit 01/12/25: per dichiarazione redditi c'è possibilità di scaricare report di tutte le operazioni finanziarie effettuate nell'anno, per il 2025 Ginna dell'assistenza clienti è stata super disponibile a fornirmi spiegazioni ulteriori e ad inviarmi un articolo scritto da un loro consulente fiscale che spiegava correttamente in che sezioni del 730 inserire i vari valori del report, il mio commercialista ha molto apprezzato non avendo avuto precedenti esperienze di 730 con royalties da diritti di autore.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren bei ANote Music investiert und fand die Idee anfangs spannend. Doch seit Monaten kämpfe ich mit einem absurden Problem: Mein Konto läuft neuerdings unter einem falschen Namen, weil die Plattform Daten aus dem Facebook-Login verwendet und damit meinen echten Namen (der per Ausweis verifiziert war) überschrieben hat. Dass so ein semantischer Fehler trotz wiederholter Anfragen nicht behoben werden konnte, ist schlicht unbegreiflich.
Ich kann mein Geld nicht mehr auszahlen, da das Konto auf einen falschen Namen läuft. Einzahlungen haben stets funktioniert - diese Doppelmoral verstehe ich nicht.

Der Support war zwar freundlich und hat wirklich versucht, innerhalb der gegebenen Grenzen eine Lösung zu finden – aber genau das ist das Problem: Man sucht Workarounds in einem kaputten System, anstatt die Ursache zu beheben.

Meine Supportanfragen lösten sogar aus, dass mein Konto weiter als zuvor eingeschränkt wurde; jetzt kann ich nicht einmal innerhalb der Plattform mit (meinem!) bereits eingezahlten Geld handeln, bis ich meinen Ausweis hochlade. Ob die Plattform dafür ebenfalls verantwortlich ist, kann ich aus meiner Perspektive nicht sagen, dennoch kann man kritisieren, dass sie scheinbar nicht den besten Fintech-Dienstleister gewählt hat (auf den man bequemerweise alle Probleme schiebt).
Wenn wirklich Zweifel an der Identität eines Kunden bestehen, wäre der naheliegende Schritt doch, das Geld einfach an das ursprüngliche Konto zurückzuschicken, von dem es kam – und nicht den Kunden komplett auszusperren und sein Geld einzubehalten sowie das plattformeinterne Handeln zu verwehren. Immerhin wurde mein Account nicht kompromittiert - daher ist die Maßnahme vollkommen überzogen.
Eine Auszahlungsanfrage führte dazu, dass Geld aus meinem Konto verschwand, ohne dass es in der Transaktionshistorie auftauchte. Der Support war bislang nicht in der Lage, den Betrag im System wiederzufinden - ein beunruhigendes Zeichen für jeden, der hier investiert ist.
Ich hoffe, dass beim nächsten Audit endlich genügend Druck entsteht, damit dieses Schlamassel nicht länger ausgesessen, sondern endlich behoben wird.

Zur rechtlichen Einordnung:
Ich verstehe, dass Plattformen aufgrund von EU-Geldwäschevorschriften (Richtlinie (EU) 2015/849, „AMLD5“, sowie deren luxemburgische Umsetzung im *Loi du 12 novembre 2004 relative à la lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme*) verpflichtet sind, die Identität ihrer Nutzer zu prüfen („Know-Your-Customer“, KYC).
Was hier jedoch passiert, überschreitet diese Pflicht: Eine wiederholte oder erneute Identitätsprüfung ohne neue Verdachtsmomente - insbesondere dann, wenn der Anbieter selbst die Ursache der Diskrepanz geschaffen hat – ist nicht verhältnismäßig und steht im Widerspruch zum risikobasierten Ansatz, den sowohl die EU-Richtlinie (Art. 8 AMLD5) als auch die CSSF-Rundschreiben 20/744 und 21/787 ausdrücklich verlangen.
Nach diesen Vorgaben muss ein Finanzdienstleister seine Maßnahmen dem tatsächlichen Risiko anpassen. Wenn Einzahlungen und Auszahlungen nachweislich über dasselbe bereits verifizierte Bankkonto laufen, besteht kein erhöhtes Risiko, das eine erneute Vorlage meines Ausweises rechtfertigen würde.

Kurz gesagt: Interne Systemfehler sind kein gesetzlicher Grund, wiederholt Ausweiskopien zu verlangen. Die Pflicht zur Verhältnismäßigkeit gilt auch im Bereich der Geldwäscheprävention, was mehrfach durch CSSF-Entscheidungen bestätigt wurde (u. a. CSSF Annual Report 2022, Kapitel „Customer Due Diligence Failures“).

ANote è una piattaforma di investimento in royalties musicali davvero intuitiva e trasparente, con dati chiari che facilitano la comprensione delle opportunità di investimento. J’utilise Anote Music depuis plus d'un an maintenant et je suis vraiment conquis.

L’interface est claire, l’inscription et le KYC se font sans prise de tête, et on comprend vite comment investir sur des catalogues. Ce que j’apprécie le plus, c’est la transparence : informations détaillées sur les projets, suivi simple des performances et notifications utiles sans être envahissantes.

Côté expérience, tout est fluide : dépôt, achat, revente, paiement des royalties, retrait, rapports.

Le service client, et l'équipe en générale, mérite une mention spéciale : réactive, à l’écoute, toujours professionnelle et bienveillante.

En bref, une plateforme sérieuse pour diversifier son portefeuille sur des actifs musicaux, avec un accompagnement de qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Les rendements annuels varient entre 5% et 11% habituellement. Cependant tout investissement comporte systématiquement un risque.

La plate-forme propose souvent de nouveau catalogue, et le service client est très reactif.

Amazing concept to have a passive income from fractional ownership of music catalogue royalties. I have been looking for something similar for years. They are based and regulated in Luxembourg, a EU member state.

I can see that most of the reviews here are legit from real people, but on the other hand not very recent.

Interesting that one can see a surge in 4-5 -star reviews from what it seems Nigeria all in Oct 2023. I wonder what happened back then? Why and how did ANote suddenly started to experience an increase in users in Nigeria? (Maybe was part of a marketing campaign featuring some free monies for reviews? But why only/mostly Nigeria?)

One downside is that ANote has partnered with Mangopay. You can read lots of bad reviews about them from Vinted users. I hope funds withdrawal, regardless of whether it’s after royalty payouts or selling assets, won’t be an issue when the time comes.

For me the onboarding KYC was seamless and fast at least. Nevertheless, the reassuring part is that Mangopay is also headquartered and regulated in Luxembourg, EU, and it means among other things that customer funds are segregated and insured, see their FAQ: .../end-users

Auctions or new music catalogue listings might not be as frequent as expected. I’ll see on the go I guess.

I’m not sure whether the NOTES utility token users can receive is of any real use in the app, but I’ll see how it works with the cash-back.

Lastly, I might not be the only one who doesn’t understand how direct listings/exclusive offers/tradable catalogues/secondary market work in fact. How do we know that those are not just assets created out of thin air as well as that the payouts are not from new investors funds but real royalties? I can see though in the app that the catalogues are well documented with copies of signed contracts between ANote and the rights holder, e.g. composer.

Even if everything is legit, when eventually for some reason users decide to sell assets, then lack of market liquidity i.e. lack or scarcity of other users who would like to buy those assets might be an issue.
More users are needed which means I would love to see ANote spending a lot more on marketing at least in Europe.

One of the many things that I enjoy about investing with ANote Music is that they respond quick and effectively. Ginna has not only been truly patient in corresponding with me, but also in helping me along with certain aspects of the website, i.e., 2FA (two-factor authentication), etc., and, for this, I'm truly grateful!

ANote is the best way to invest in music catalogues, win royalties for a stable income stream. They are quite communicative, with regular emails about auctions and other events, and a good support team to assist with any query. I started using the app earlier this year and I hope things keep getting better on the platform and a good community of music enthusiasts join to make some returns.

La sto usando come piano di accumulo. Dopo un primo versamento ho deciso di effettuare altri versamenti ogni volta che mi è possibile. Fino ad adesso tutto ok, sto procedendo con un guadagno medio del 5%. Mi auguro che in futuro tutto proceda al meglio.
