We are very sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the interaction that you had with our service resulting in your 1 star review. I did send a request asking for some more insight to your experience through Trustpilot, unfortunately we didn’t receive a reply,
I see that you do not have an account with AnswerConnect so I have investigated your review with our marketing team and they have advised me that we have sent you two emails. The first email was sent on the 26th of September, the email was not opened and the second email was sent on the 11th of October which was read. You unsubscribed from the mailing list on the 14th of October and your request was actioned immediately.

I had a great experience with Robert Styles and he went through the full process with me. I was then sent to my account manager Irfan and he was also great, supportive and knowledgeable on the system. So far this has been a great service and we are happy to be a customer

Always responsive, highly recommend
Always responsive, very helpful. Easy to get a hold of by email/phone. Professional at every turn. Keen to help you get things the way you like them - in 4 years I have honestly never had a single problem with AC, which is really quite remarkable when you think about it. Running a healthcare practice is quite involved when it comes to admin/PA/receptionists and AC have really made things a lot easier. I would highly recommend, keep up the good work and thank you again.

Amazing Services
I have used Answer connect since starting my company back in 2016. This has to be one of the best decisions Ive made, a simple but effective seamless system on answering my clients calls. The team at AnswerConnect are attentive and go the extra mile to ensure my service is maintained and streamlined. An added bonus is that I have saved vast amounts of money, they answer 24/7 and send you messages with details of the clients who have called you.

Very happy with the service provided
I've been using answer connect for my small business for a few months now. They set my account up very quickly and was immediately on hand with any queries I had. I'm paying around half what I was with my previous answer phone providers and the service is so much more professional. I just wished I had moved over years ago.

I have always found the call handlers…
I have always found the call handlers to be very helpful and polite, especially on the occasions I have had to amend our company details with them - today's experience took a little longer than normal, as I had several changes to make, but I am confident that these changes will have been put in place satisfactorily. Thank you for providing us with a reliable back-up service.

Amazing and useful features
Friendly and supportive staff. The demonstration was really easy and the lady was very patient as I was having technical difficulties. They offer amazing features on all packages which have proven to be useful for us even when we thought we didn’t need them. Amazing all around and can’t recommend them enough.

Great service
Using AnswerConnect was easy and straightforward. Customer service was quick to respond and they helped with any queries and changes we had to ‘scripts’. They had a professional manner when answering calls and we had confidence that part of our business was in good hands. The portal is great to look back at messages if needed as well as setting ‘out of office’ and ‘closed’ days such as bank holidays and holiday periods when their service continues.
Happy to recommend AnswerConnect to anyone looking for an answering service.
