Antares took credit card info in exchange for the auto tune unlimited trial and proceeded to charge my account without providing an order confirmation, receipt, or providing the software.

worst customer support ever. They randomly just close your Tickets, licenses dissapear every month and we still pay for this because its the standard sound everybody wants and needs these days. Just dissapointing their license system is been managed that badly. Great sounding products - actually.

I agree with what everyone else is saying. These guys are shameless b*stards.

Scam, you don’t get money back from free trial.
Cancelled within the first day because the program didn’t work at all. It said 14 days free trial. I still haven’t gotten a refund. I have emailed them multiple times but they stoped answering. Just wish I read the reviews before purchasing this.
Very bad don’t get this

I claimed the free choir plugin for agreeing to try auto tune. I then tried to log into the account I created through the Facebook advertisement - No joy. Clicked ‘forgot password’ - Nothing. No email, just instructions to create a support ticket. I’ve got 14 days before the free trial ends. I hope I can manage to cancel it before then.

This company makes it extremely hard to cancel your subscription. Also, if you happen to go a day over your subscription period and cancel they will not issue even a partial refund. Be careful they are sneaky and only want your money for a product that other plugin companies can produce just as well. Auto-tune is just a name... A name I now associate with thief.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't have any idea what this company does or anything about it. All I know is the customer service support is trash. I had a unauthorized charge on my account and was finally able to talk to someone and I was told they don't have any info about unauthorized charges that I have to be a customer in order for them to talk to me about anything. I said well I'm not a customer and have no idea about this charge I have on my bank account. And was told to call my bank would probably be what she would do instead of calling them. Like seriously !!!! Who says stuff like that.

Came here to see if I was the only one that had been charged after using the trial, not disapointed. Full disclaimer I use vsts since more than 10 years, used some subscription models also, this one is a completely crooked model.
You are forced to agree that you will subscribe after one month of trial so if you want to try antares auto tune you have no other choice. Then of course you go on your activities and eventually forget you even accepted to automaticaly get charged 30 days later. Then you see you got debited, no reminder email sent the previous days, of course. And oh how convenient when you ask them litteraly the minute after getting charged that you did not want to pay, just use the trial for one month they drop the « no refund policy » card. Complete scam.

I bought the full working AutoTune Pro and have not been able to get it to work properly, despite having used the original version for years with absolutely no issues.

My experience with AutoTune Pro is that it does not tune the vocals like the older version. In that regard it is some what useless…

I have recordings from years ago using the older versions where the vocals sound perfectly tuned and melodic. However, the newer AutoTune Pro produces artefacts or overtones which do not sound melodic and has ruined every vocal track where I have tried to use it.

There is something very sinister going on here - in my view …

biggest scam in day light i was using the free trail for auto tune unlimited then i cancelled the trail at the same day due to stupid installation process but they still charged me and when i asked for refund they said no refunds then stop replying me anymore please don't fall for their trick

After the 14 days trial, you'll be charged. Don't forget to unsubscribe if you don't want to continue the subscription. Anyway, after few E-Mails, I've been refunded, so no problem.

A regrettable decision to introduce bugs in the '14-day free trial + FREE plugin' offer. I recommend vigilance with all potentially dubious subscriptions, not only here but across platforms. Unscrupulous companies thrive on your lack of awareness or haste, exploiting legal loopholes. The installer is exceptionally inefficient. Now, I find myself with an unintended 2x Choir plugin license – not exactly the great deal it initially seemed.

To think this was once the Industry standard. Now reduced to shady practices to nickel & dime customers.

Signed up for the 14 day trial and forgot my password, tried using the ‘forgot password’ button but it doesn’t work; I never got a email from them to reset it. Contacted support and they told me there’s “no account connected to that email address” (my email that I received the literal RECEIPT for my free trial on). I still have a week or so before the trial ends and will not take the risk of losing money so I guess I will be getting a new bank card… I also had one of my anti-virus’ scan my pc and showed that Antares is literal adware. Save yourself the headache and do NOT download, buy or get a free trial from this company what so ever!

Did try their 14 days free trial but ended it, weeks later they randomly withdrew 224$ from my bank that were my rent money. The support refused to refund me and next month I'm gonna be homeless because they took it all without permission. Been a loyal customer for years but today they proved me wrong with their unacceptable behavior. Im so afraid and depressed to not be able to pay my home due, don't know what to do.

They Been trying to avoid me with no replies, their actions are illegal and should be taken to justice.

They send you notice that you renewal is due the same day as they stop your payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They won't stop billing you! Go to their website and they won't let me cancel the subscription! Horrible thieves!

Bought harmony engine from thomann,piece of cake.Trying to get it registered on the antares website ,which is the most un user friendly web site ever created is impossible.3 hours so far and nothing but going around in circles .If Only I could get my money back ! what a nightmare ,never again will I but any antares software.😡

I bought a Focusrite Scarlet Solo 3rd Gen Soundcard from Drumcity where I could download some software which included Antares Auto-Tune Access. Now I have tried to download the app in about a month, but the same problem keeps coming up. I called Drumcity, but the second person I talked to just told me that he had downloaded the app on a mac the same day. First thing first I have an Asus and it didn´t help me with my problem which is that it tells me the ZIP-compressed file can´t open. If I could give 0 stars I would.
