I've dealt with Antcliff and Mark in particular several times over the years with the most recent being a new mortgage in October 2024.
I've always been kept well informed at each stage, last time there was a potential issue with mineshafts close to the property, and to be honest Mark - along with his colleagues Andy and Lucy - gave me more information on the process and what was happening than the solicitor's! so they provided a great service.

Mark was amazing from start to finish and got us a mortgage offer in principle and then final offer quicker than I've ever known. His persistence paid off, particularly as he understood the pressure we were under to complete by a certain date.
He kept us up to date at all times and gave the best advice along the way including mortgage/life insurance as a follow up.
I would strongly recommend Mark but also can't overlook the role of Lucy who took on the additional tasks of gathering our paperwork and signatures to make sure everything went smoothly.

I cannot recommend Andy and is team enough. They really did go above and beyond in order to help me secure a mortgage when numerous factors were against me. If you are self employed or a director of a ltd company then the process of getting a mortgage can be much more complex than normal. Andy dealt with these issues like a true pro.

Stacey and colleagues provided Fantastic customer service and support through all event & queries through out our journey. We was kept upto date with anything necessary and Stacey was always their to assist, advise and squash and worries or concerns. (Not that their was much to worry about) we was in great hands.
