Customer service was excellent, as always. I ordered a custom-sized hand chain, and I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate the sizing.

Unfortunately, the piece arrived broken, likely due to damage during transit. Given the store’s consistent quality, I don’t think this is a common issue, just an unfortunate one-off.

My only real complaint is about the design: I wish there were an option for double-sided diamonds. Since the chain tends to rotate while worn, the diamonds often end up hidden against the skin. I understand this would likely raise the cost, but it would make a noticeable difference in appearance.

The chain itself is very thin and delicate, so I’ll need to be extra careful when wearing it.

I’ve shopped at this store many times and would absolutely recommend them overall. However, I’m not sure I’d recommend the hand chain specifically, at least not without some design improvements.

Customer service is great, the items can be customized for you, and delivery to Spain was unbelievably fast. I am a returning customer, and will buy again.

Da ich mich später noch für eine andere Größe entschieden habe, wurde diese problemlos angepasst und die Ringe wurden schnell an mich versendet. Die Ringe sind hochwertig verarbeitet und sehen wunderschön aus. Bisher hatte ich bei meinen Bestellungen noch nie Schwierigkeiten und fühle mich hier gut aufgehoben. Ich kann diesen Shop definitiv weiterempfehlen und werde auch in Zukunft wieder hier bestellen!

The ring I purchased is just beautiful, just as shown in the photo, but better! I wanted something I could stack with my other wedding rings and this works perfectly.
