Hidden Gem!
Our first trip to shop a lovely lady served us and was very helpful and informative with me and my son. We felt we’d come across a hidden gem!
So much so we visit often, and with lots of hobby stuff to order with a great online service if we can’t make it to the shop, thank you all for your friendly Service at Anticsonline!

Really bad Experience
Really bad Experience, please don't buy anything from them.
I Bought a paint, but I received the wrong colours.
I called them back and I explained that they did not sent me any confirmation email.
They said that was my mistake, and in good will, I said that I would have trusted him even without confirmation email.
The problem is that the wont refund the delivery, so send it back will cost me 3.90 + 4.90 (the delivery)..basically the paint price.

10/10 experience, was struggling to find stock for my collection and the team at antics has pulled through and been super, fast responses, fast delivery, excellent packaging to ensure items are kept safe, always being kept up to date with new stock. Recently ordered a Bandai model kit I had been looking for quite a while. From ordering online to receiving the kit, the service was excellent. Good communication by email and very reachable by phone. I was ordering from outside the UK and the staff made it hassle free. I would certainly recommend this store.

I feel this is a is a very underhand way of serving the customer who compiled with a order and placed thus in good faith, not for Mr D Turpin to hold me to ransom....give me £4.50 or I will cancle order, I am as you can see by response....dumbfounded, will you let me know if you are going to HONER the contract we have entered in to for goods and services as described in the sale of goods act (on line/ distant selling).

Unfortunately the order confirmation came through to us with £9 postage, but the payment for this failed, hence the request for additional shipping. The order confirmation you would have received via email would show the £9 postage amount. There is no facility here to upload a copy or we would.

Let me reiterate I ordered....I paid the postage indicated by YOUR ORDERING SERVICE paid 4.50 postage for a book and one lenght of track do you not think 9 quid on a 15 quid order is a little on steep side?
No order confirmation email recived...just one demanding 4.50 extra ....something amiss if it came to you with 9 pounds whilst stating 4.50 on order form
And the quite frankly curt emails.
Thankfully there are many more on line retailers who are better suited to customer care! Antics on line....never a truer title for a web sight.

Couldn’t have been more helpful
Couldn’t have been more helpful. I was ordering 2 planes for my son who lives in Australia. As soon as the Company knew that they organised everything including sending the planes direct to Australia which meant they didn’t have to charge vat and I didn’t have to struggle to the post office with an awkward parcel.
I shall definitely be ordering some more planes.

Corgi Diecast Aeroplane
I recently purchased a Corgi Diecast model aeroplane, which arrived today. The item was as described and at a very reasonable price, which I was more than delighted with. The delivery service was quick and the item was very well packaged. Overall great experience and I will definitely use them again

Click and collect service
Ordered an item for click and collect on 8th September after showing that our local branch had 2 in stock. Needed this item for the 15th September, only just received a phone call this morning, 23rd September to say it's now in store! How can it take over 2 weeks for a click and collect, that's just a joke! Certainly won't be using this service again!
