I received the beautiful necklace very…
I received the beautiful necklace very quickly. After being assured that it was secure- within two days, the thread that it was strung upon started unraveling, and when I put it down, it started stretching, and it was only a matter of good luck that kept it from breaking while I was wearing it and losing all of the beads.
I asked for help in paying to have it restrung and I have heard nothing back from any of the people that I have spoken with via email. It was Olly and Molly. I have restrung the necklace myself and asked for compensation for the materials that were only $50.
I have still not heard anything back. I spent three hours stringing the necklace and I imagine having it done professionally would have been a great deal more than just $50.

We are so sorry that you have not been happy with our service. When the seed pearl and citrine necklace was sent to you it had been checked for wearable condition so we are sorry to hear that the cotton thread has stretched when worn. As I explained in an email to you this can happen as cotton naturally can pull. I also advised you how to fix it. When you emailed again it was just after Easter and we were catching up with work so that is the reason for the delay in replying to you. I am so sorry if you thought that we were ignoring you as that was not our attention. If you would like to send the necklace back for a full refund we would be happy to do that. Best wishes Olly.

Excellent experience and product
I will start by saying their website is easy to use and navigate. They have plenty of photos (and videos) of their items for review and the details they provide on the pieces' history is great!
Before making a purchase, I sent an inquiry to the company about resizing a piece, to which they were very prompt to respond and accommodating in my request.
Then, when I made my purchase, I was impressed at how quickly they resized my item and got it sent internationally. They kept me updated at the progress of my purchase and I really appreciated that.
On top of the pleasant and easy customer experience, I am beyond pleased with my ring! It is gorgeous, it has a story, and now I get to add to its story.
If I'm ever in the market for a piece of antique jewelry again, this will be the first place that I look!
