Stunning jewelry! I received the pink morganite ring of my dreams from Antiquejewelrymall.com. I wish I could post a picture here! The stone is such quality. A stunning color for such a large natural gemstone. No imperfections in the stone, bright white diamonds surrounding it, just gorgeous. I am so happy with my choice and the value for the money. It felt scary to spend so much money online, so I called them to get some info on their payment and shipping process. I was reassured and felt like I was in good hands. I'm so glad I went for it! Totally worth it. I get so many compliments on my lovely ring. If you're eyeing something, just go for it.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with AntiqueJewelryMall.com. I was looking for a very specific style of necklace my grandmother had, but I didn’t know any of the “right” terminology to narrow down what I was looking for. 

I was able to send them a photo of the piece I wanted to match, including changing the stone to her birthstone, and they walked me through the options step-by-step.

The customer service rep (Lauren) deserves a special mention. She was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a few questions about sizing and shipping, and she responded thoughtfully with clear, helpful answers that made me feel confident in my purchase. It’s rare to find a company that still has high-level people who pick up the phone and spend time with you to make sure you’re buying the right thing.

I don’t really buy a lot of jewelry, so this was more sentimental than anything and I feel so comforted that I chose the right company to work with.

I was purchasing a custom piece. They won't tell you how they are shipping your jewelry. They refused to listen to me because my physical address that Fedex would use is NOT the same address that I would need to use if they decided to ship via USPS, and they will only ship for "free" via whichever way is cheaper. I tried to explain this to LAUREN but she wouldn't listen she would not STOP talking and listen. At that point, I got the feeling that they were not a legitimate jewelry company especially if they couldn't tell me how they ship, nor would they help me get my shipping option changed nor would they allow me to pay for shipping via Fedex so I know I would get. In the end all she would say is she would cancel the order. Horrible customer experience. I am very disappointed and leary.

Great shop. My wife loves her rings! She wanted a classic style diamond ring with a little something special so the Antique Jewelry customer support person helped me to find just the right ring. Then they helped me choose a natural center diamond that they set for me. I'm very happy with my purchase. Even went back to buy the matching band. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars. Would recommend :)

I love Antique style jewelry and collect both modern and vintage jewelry. The quality of the jewelry offered by Antique Jewelry Mall does not disappoint! I've purchased several times over the years - a sapphire, a tourmaline, and an amethyst ring, all in gold settings. They each have superb quality stones and the ring designs all have unique details I can't find anywhere else. Customer service is always super patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. Thank you Antique Jewelry Mall! I'll definitely be shopping there again this year 😉

Purchased an Edwardian silver filigree necklace with sapphire pendant for my wife, our 25th anniversary, the necklace and pendant look very nice, it is original, didn't expect the moon for $500, the let down is the cheap sapphire, it has so many inclusion visible with the naked eye, I would gladly pay more to get a decent stone not a $5 rock.
Not sure about the silver content in necklace did not test.
Again the necklace is truly very nice, it is not cheap looking and I am keeping it, could not find anything half as nice in silver that I liked, anywhere, not even at Tiffany's.
AJM provide a presentation box and a paper present bag, nice touch .

This company is a scam. I ordered a necklace that claimed to be Yellow Gold Vermeil Over Sterling Silver. It absolutely was not. It tarnished in less than a month and was easily bendable.

I was at the end of the return window upon noticing the damage. When I reached out to the company to return the item I was given a ridiculous protocol including that it be shipped back in a NEW not reused box. The reason for that request is completely unclear and seemed like an unnecessary extra step as the package was required to be insured and return receipt.

The company has limited reviews on its website and I hope that future shoppers proceed with caution.
