Prompt and polite service. Will have them again

Well I booked a collection between 7:30am till 1pm, it is now 2pm and still not arrived! I have chased them and all they can say is they have been delayed and cannot give me a time they will be here, what poor service. I paid for an XL collection and I should have just had a skip delivered, as I need to now go out and all they have said is you will get a full refund, well that is obvious but I am now left with a large pile of waste, and having to consider different way of getting rid of it. Awful customer service, and I would never consider using them again. Poor poor poor!

The old chair was collected the day after I phoned.
I had a morning slot and the delivery men kept in touch by text and email. Very easy to follow map with van moving on it and I’m in my 70’s and usually find these things hard! Two pleasant men were here early and removed the chair from my upstairs flat no problem. A good experience from start to finish. I have recommended to others already.

Crew arrived on time, and in ten minutes the unwanted chairs had been removed. Care was taken not to damage new paintwork. Very efficient.

I am using it second time. Easy to book and no hassle service. Simple and excellent.

Arrived on time. Corporate admin good. Cannot comment on pricing as do not have any comparison where tariff is concerned. All well but if I had to say on the downside is that a wee bit more care could have been taken when taking armchair down 13 stairs. Would use you again assuming cost, in my mind,reasonable.

Fantastic company and can’t recommend them enough.
My 89 year old mother paid £150 to have a single bed & mattress collected but when her replacement medical bed arrived damaged we had to cancel. My mother was in hospital and would have come home to no bed. The company were amazing and cancelled the collection at very short notice and agreed to a full £150 refund immediately which was in her bank account by the end of the day.
So impressed with this company.

Very good. Easy to book, turned up on day agreed, called prior to arrival.
Did job and left - all good.

Adam and the team were brilliant and very friendly and chatty. I was kept well informed by text. The first one said they were an hour away and they arrived within the hour. The second text told me who was coming and the registration number of the van, which I thought was really helpful. The team took a photo of the rubbish, cleared it away quickly and took another photo. I was very impressed with them and will use them again for any rubbish I want collected.

They arrived on time, were very courteous and respectful, did the job very quick efficiently and were gone in a short period of time. Would not hesitate to us them again should they be required.

Very efficient and prompt very good service would use again.
