Problem sorted out and part replaced veryefficiently.

The job was to service my two gas fires which involved two separate visits by two engineers. they worked exceptionally hard with one of the fires where there was a problem which could have resulted in having to provide a spare part at extra cost to me. Their hard work paid off thankfully and both fires are now in tip top condition.

The service was generally satisfactory, though the engineer adjusted the boiler's timing settings, leading to a chilly morning wake-up. We managed to resolve the problem ourselves, though it was a bit of an inconvenience. Nonetheless, the service was reasonably priced.

Good service apart from the engineer changed the timings settings on our boiler so we woke up to a cold house

They have a straight forward easy to follow booking system online for the appointment. A timed booking slot and polite staff who are always willing to explain things and advice as to what would be best. No pressure sales and a company who is a pleasure to use.
