I must admit that I was a little sceptical placing an order after reading the below reviews however, I am very impressed. Customer service was great and promptly responded to all my queries regarding quotes and delivery. The delivery was fast and seamless and the dining chairs are just perfect. Would highly recommend!

I had very disappointing experience with previous APEX business owner - however, new business owner has contacted me after 5 months with sincere apology and addressed an issue that previous owner have caused.
I really appreciate his kind action, and I have no doubt that APEX business will be very different with new owner.
If there is anything I need to purchase, with no doubt APEX will be first store I will be browsing.

We run a small business and purchased a number of tables and stools from Apex in March 2019. After waiting patiently for 3 months I sent an email asking for an ETA. One week later I was informed of problems contacting the supplier. One month later and still with no response I sent a follow up email and was given an ETA of October. I sent an email noting that this was unacceptable and would like to talk to someone who could mitigate or at least compensate us for the wait as we would now have to hire furniture for our events. No response again. Today I called and spoke to customer service who are now sending the tables but the stools will not be arriving until mid October (again an estimate). Waiting 8 months for our products to arrive is unacceptable, having to chase customer service for answers is frustrating to say the least and with no sincere apology or compensation. I would not recommend using APEX to anyone.

WORST COMPANY EVER. If ZERO stars were possible, that's what i would give.
I rarely ever provide an online review, but this company infuriated me to no end!
All they did was lie and lie about where my order was. After waiting 5 weeks, they promised a free upgrade to stock they had available because my order was not on the shipment, I asked which country was it coming from and she said from china.
So an apparent free upgrade to better table legs given, BUT after promising they would be posted in a couple days, she called and said they were apparently not available either!
They then said they had some other stock they could send out, but now I cannot believe anymore of their lies or wait any further.
They never call back or get back to you until you keep chasing them!
Even after asking for a manager 3 times, she would not provide one. I have requested a full refund. Which I have not received yet!
I found a much better company in Australia and made in Australia for the same price. I can't believe I wasted over 6 weeks and believed their lies.

Still waiting after 5 months.
I ordered my dining chairs in May - I appreciate that this is only a small order for them. Contacted in August to say they weren't ordered originally, but that lead time could be expedited from 14 to 10 weeks. Called yesterday to follow up, my number was taken but I was not called back. Called again today, told that lead time will be 16 weeks.
I would have preferred to be told the actual time upfront. I still would have gone through with the order (what choice do i have? I would have had to order them from somewhere with a 3 month lead time anyway).
Customer service staff nice enough in my communication with them but have yet to deliver and they make promises they obviously have no intention of keeping. Thank goodness they are just for a dining room and not a business! If you think about ordering with them make sure they have processed your order in the first instance and take everything they say with a huge grain of salt. If you need furniture on time think about taking your business elsewhere. I will update re: quality of furniture when the chairs have been delivered.

Bought less than a month and started discoloured for the timber table. And really really bad customer service. Spent another four months with no good respond for any compensation.
Beaware all the cafe or restaurant owner;

Terrible service, terrible systems. Been waiting 3 months and still haven’t received my items. There response was “I don’t know where they are” then they are refusing to refund me for something I don’t have.

Our school has found the service and product purchased from Apex furniture to be of a high standard. Their communication and has been excellent considering there was a wait on our products, and were given options to suit. The wait was worth our while. Very happy with the quality of product and highly recommend. We also like the fact that we were able to speak to staff who were helpful in our order process.

So easy. Ordered online. Responsive when I had a query about delivery.
Highly recommend. We are also very happy with the product we purchased.

Their products speak for themselves, the quality of my purchase items are amazing ,I would recommend their products to everyone.

The website is good and products are good so far. Dispatch and delivery were fast but their customer service is terrible. 95% of the time the phone rings for a moment and then says "sorry we're on the phone right now". They only respond to some emails and they didn't provide tracking details before the items were delivered which made it hard to be sure that I was on site when they came.
