The introduction of QuickBooks into my accounting process has made financial management much smoother. I can track all my income and expenses in one place, and everything is updated instantly. Apex Accountants use the system to keep my records organised and ensure everything is always up to date.

Massively let down by them

I contacted this company while desperately seeking a solution to a hmrc appeal - they took all my email and accounts information and during a phone call with Rana Zubair I have a recording where I confirmed I need do nothing but wait to hear from them and they would take over my case and deal with hmrc.

On the day of the deadline given by hmrc I emailed them just to confirm everything was ok and I need do nothing on that day, only to be told they had decided not to take my case and wishing me all the best. I had only hours to go to create a response to the hmrc and decide whether to go to tribunal or not. I do not appreciate the lack of communication or that I would have breached the hmrc deadline had I not thought to check in with them. Nowhere had they said we are not taking the case after they told me to leave it with them. It’s so unprofessional and caused me stress and upset. I can’t recommend them.

Thank you for your feedback. We always review enquiries carefully and work within our professional obligations.

After assessing the information provided, we concluded that we were unable to take on your case. Our priority is to provide guidance where we can fully support clients in compliance with regulatory requirements. In situations where we cannot reasonably defend a position, we are unable to act.

At no point was a formal engagement agreed or confirmed in writing. Until a signed engagement letter is issued and accepted, we are not formally instructed or authorised to act on a client’s behalf or correspond with HMRC.

We understand this was a stressful situation, and we encourage clients in similar circumstances to seek support from firms best placed to assist with their specific needs.

Sent my company spam email TWICE…

Sent my company spam email TWICE despite me asking to be removed from their database.

Daniel Chen - how many times do I have to spell this out to your - 1) I NEVER signed up to this emails and 2) you told me our address has been removed.

I think it's about time I take further action on this.

This company keep sending me spam…

This company keep sending me spam emails. I have asked them to stop, but the emails keep coming. It's very annoying as I never signed up to their mailing list, so I felt I had no other option to report the emails to the Information Complaints Commissioner to take further action.
