SCAM. Ordered 2 pairs of shorts on 03/29 and never received them. Received emails regarding delays in shipping. Entered my tracking number into their website and no order was found. All phone numbers and contact information are listed for another business. Owner of the business has received hundreds of calls from "customers" who have been scammed. I highly suggest contacting the Department of Homeland Security and advising of this scam if you have been a victim.

Garbage company. Don't waste your time or money. I ordered 4 pair of shorts a month ago for $130. It has not even been shipped. I emailed 3 times and each time they were still "processing." I requested a refund and was flat out denied. The "mystery" gift they sent were a pair of garbage earbuds that didn't even work upon arriving. Who knows if I'll ever get the shorts or got robbed of $130.

I never received my free product I was offered when I ordered my shorts . I got 4 pairs and was ment to get a free gift pack that never arrived

Ordered 4 pair of medium shorts and got 4 small. Sent an email first and got no response. Called a number in California and some guy answered. I explained the size error and asked for a return shipping label. He said he had to “review it” and would contact me via email. I asked why that was necessary and he said he had to coordinate with his supplier. I emailed the next day asking for a label and was ignored.
He now ignores my phone calls and it rings until a message stating the mailbox is full.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.
I’m out $130.

Still have not received my products and it’s been over a month

I’m still missing some orders, but besides I got my one order super fast and quick.

Took longer then site said and still haven’t got it

I still have not received my item. Needed for vacation and it will not arrive on time. Very disappointing. Will not buy from this vendor again.

Money has been taken out of my bank acct but my order still has not shipped. Update as of 4/12/23… I have emailed twice and still not received any response. Still no delivery, still no update.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE! I got suckered into ordering stuff 2 months ago and STILL have not received my order, nothing at all in 2 months. They will not refund my money because they “say” the order is on its way, yet they can not provide a shipment tracking number. Also, there is no customer service phone number to call, just email addresses… good luck getting a response! The money was taken out of my bank acct immediately after placing the order, however I still have nothing to show for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered 4 pair of Apex shorts and paid extra for faster shipping. Instead of 4-7 days, it took 3 weeks. I’ll admit, I was worried I got ripped off. I emailed constantly and they did reply every time. I finally got them after 3 weeks. I see people talking about the quality, but the ones I got fit perfect and are good quality for the price. The only complaint is that it took so long. Happy with the product.

I paid for express shipping. Estimated shipment said 4-7 days. I ordered it on February 25th. It’s March 8th.
