I passed with the director/Trainer Josh for my PT Level 3 Qualification. Was there to respond to any questions I had and really helped me get be prepared to run my own businesss as a PT. Gave me all the tools I need and I’m seeing the results already.

The course offers extraordinary depth compared to other Personal Trainer courses. Whilst this course may take slightly longer and cost more than other courses out there to complete, this is worth it as every aspect of the process and role is covered in so much depth from anatomy and physiology to business and sales! I now feel confident after completing this course to start my own business as a PT and Online Coach! Importantly, Josh who runs the course is extremely supportive, approachable and easy to contact - usually replying very quickly - to answer any questions and support with learning! The practicals are covered via you videoing yourself which is marked and feedback is provided. This is different compared to many other PT courses out there, but it was useful in supporting my practise and confidence as a PT before going out and doing it once qualified! I would highly recommend!
