Die Firma hat meinen Elektromotor einwandfrei repariert, und das zu einem Drittel des Preises den andere Firmen haben wollten.
Bei Nachfragen bekommt man immer und zwar sofort eine vernünftige verständliche Antwort.

I received my order safely and in good time, but have had issues with a return. I followed the return instructions and sent back an item - to Germany at my expense! The item was delivered weeks ago and I haven't received a refund. I've emailed them twice, but no response. Not to be trusted!

EDIT: It's now October, weeks after I returned this item. I've tried contacting the company by web chat (2x), email (5x) and PayPal (2x). Zero response.

I've now had to raise a PayPal dispute. Completely unacceptable customer service.
