5 different Techs in a row never bothered to get back to me about remoting in and fixing my computer problem. Or messaged me saying they would and didn't. 5 of them. William at A PLUS TECH let me pick the time I for sure was available and at that time he phoned and fixed the problem. Thank You A PLUS TECH.

Responsiveness....helpfulness reliability

Our 2009 Mac computer stopped working. William replaced our computer with a restored updated Mac which is working very well. He made it very easy for us, transferred all of our data, installed updated office products and virus software. It was all done in a couple of hours and the price was very reasonable. William was very polite, competent and professional and I would definitely recommend A Plus Tech.

William arrived right on time, serviced one computer, set up another one and really helped us when we needed it. I have used his services for years and have always been very happy. He knows his stuff.
