Apollo Tile received my return on May 5th, and this refund process has been nothing short of a headache. They had the product back for over a week before they even approved the refund, and now I’m being told it can take up to another ten days just to process it. That means I’ll be waiting well over a month to get my money back for something I returned immediately.

On top of all that, they still charged me a restocking fee and made me pay shipping, even though the tile I received looked nothing like the photos online. The color was so far off that I honestly felt scammed. This entire process has been slow, frustrating, and expensive, and the lack of urgency or accountability from their customer service made it even worse.

After this experience, I will never order tile from Apollo Tile again. They seriously need to fix their product accuracy, refund timelines, and overall customer service.
