Apollo kept us up to date with everything that was happening. Tumble dryer arrived when they said it would and they gave a time slot of 1 hour which was very helpful to me. Thank you. I will probably order my new washing machine from you also.

Excellent service, prompt professional delivery; delivery done during weekend at a convenient time.

I would not hesitate to recommend buying from Apollo Direct. Ordered a cooker on Saturday delivered Wednesday. Went t to a leading electrical high street chain beforehand and they had no stock and couldn't deliver for over 2 weeks and they were more expensive. The delivery men were really good as well, helping me slip the cooker into position. Next time I will go to Apollo first.

I ordered and paid for a Liebherr fridge freezer from Apollo which was shown on their website at £499. A voucher code brought this down to £489. A couple of days later I received a message saying that they did not have any and my payment would be refunded. I then had to get it from another supplier at £545, the cheapest I could find. I think Apollo owes me £56 but they have not offered to pay this.

I would definitely use again. Item delivered on time and excellent tracking of item.

You advertised item wrong and told me to add 230 pound if i still wanted the item. Shame on you. Ive spent thousands at Hughes electrical over the years and I will never return. I will also be adding comments on which.co.uk

Ordered larder fridge from Apollo Direct, first class service. I e-mailed their sales department to check on delivery, and within a couple of secs had a reply. The Delivery men (two of them) placed the fridge in the place I wanted , they were really first class and went the extra mile very polite,friendly and smiles. Should I ever need any electrical goods I would not go anywhere else, Brill company.

I have always found Apollo staff at blackpole, worcester helpful. This time I ordered online and had my item delivered. No hassle, arrived on time. No problems. Very pleased with product bought.

Unfortunately the washer/Dryer was not in stock and as I needed to replace the existing machine which had stopped working because it was worn out, I felt that I couldn't wait the 1-2 weeks before the stocks were replenished. I also managed to purchase the same machine cheaper and have it delivered next day else where

Hi I purchased an indesit cooker whic, I thought was gas. However when the gas fitter came he couldnt get any pressure and was told it was "liquid gas" or something like that.I had never heard of it and the discription didnt have a warning notice,
I rang indesit and was told they would change it but it could take up to ten days and would cost me another £60,do they think i would have ordered it if it wasnt gas !!!!!

My experience purchasing from Apollo2000 has been terrible. I have literally been waiting nearly a week prior to my chosen delivery date for my item, which has caused me so much inconvenience. I currently have no clue as to where my parcel is.

Also the companies customer service representative I spoke to, to try and resolve the situation has been extremely unhelpful and rude. She would end live chat as soon as I started probing into where my item was and rescheduling a new delivery date

To conclude, for an established company like Apollo2000 I expected so much better. If an private seller is able to deliver my item on time and answer any queries they should be too.

I will never purchase a single item from them again in future.

Had been looking for new washer and had found a good price on AO.com and boots appliances (cheapest I could find online) for a specific model. Talking to my brother, he said try Apollo 2000 their always cheap, I rubbished his comment and said I want "this" model, it's cheapest from AO.. He went to the Apollo online site and found the same washer £70 cheaper delivered! Delivery was free and was given a time slot that was accurate...
Can't recommend these guys enough, I have learnt my lesson and will be back here next time I need an appliance.

I ordered a Hotpoint freezer on line, cjose a delivery date and paid the balance, only to then be contacted to say there was a four week wait for the item.
I fee I was mislead as the website should have informed me that the product was out of stock.

Stumbled across Appollodirect.co.uk accidentally whilst looking for a particular vacuum. Found it on this website and at the lowest price on the web plus free delivery. Fast prompt and professional service. The staff are absolutely amazing and supportive. Purchased another vacuum for my sister which they managed to find in Ipswich branch and had it posted out to me wth free delivery. Once again many thanks for a very first class service.

Arrived as stated on time, i will use Apollo in the future
