I have used their service twice - once this year and once in 2022. They are reliable, personable, and offer competitive pricing. Richard especially has been a HUGE help. I have needed stuff done on an expedited basis, and they always deliver in record time. Cannot praise their service enough. I will never use anyone else.

As the name would suggest, this is an organization that has been doing this sort of business for some time. I have had experiences with the Apostille services internationally, and it most certainly did not come close to the horrible experience we had here. We began with a wait time stretched into months, and we could find no one to respond to our multi queries. No one reached out to let us know what the problem was, so I started numbering the request for information letters. No responses to that, so we began with a barrage of phone calls. After several false starts with clueless staffers. I was able to speak with a lady named Shayne. It was at this moment that we got some genuine assistance. She was patient enough to understand our frustration with the entire experience, yet still stayed in constant touch with updates until the situation a resolution occurred. Shayne’s involvement was the only positive aspect of the entire Apostille Pros experience. I would not use the company again. However, should you decide to risk it, Shayne is the only bright beacon on that horizon. It is only because of her assistance that I rate the company a 3, in lieu of the deserved 0.
This company absolutely rocks. Received my apostille in record time overseas. Super grateful for the quick turn-around and professionalism. I got wholly financially shafted by another company (One Source Process) who charged me a 10% fee of their inflated rate for doing absolutely jack on my behalf and trying to scare me into not requesting a refund. Apostille Pros was cheaper and far more efficient. If you need a CA document apostille, I highly recommend them. They live up to their name.
