Order received quickly, product seemed good (trousers) but size received were too small. Sent back weeks ago and no refund given. Emailed multiple times and no response.

Fraud
I placed an order which happened to be too small for my partner, i followed the exchange process and sent the item back via a tracked courier. Apostle Tactical received my item back on 20/03/2025.
I have sent numerous emails and even messages on Instgram for any update on my exchange.
I have had no acknowledgment, no replies, no return items, and no refund.
I'm supecting this to be fraud now, and i don't know what else i can do. I've spent almost £100 with no item/ no replacement item and no refund.
There's no contact number for me to contact them and they just aren't responding to any emails or messages.
What do i do from here?
All i want is my replacement item. If that's not an option then i'd just like my money back, as Apostle Tactical already has my item back.

We’re very sorry for the delay in communication regarding your return — that’s not the level of service we aim for.
We can confirm your returned item was received, but the size you requested in exchange was out of stock. A full refund has now been issued, and we hope this resolves the matter.
We take all customer concerns seriously, but we do need to clarify that we are a registered and legitimate business, and we fully deny any suggestion of fraudulent activity. This was a breakdown in process on our end, and we’re working to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Best cargos
Comfortable pair of cargos. Ive seen so many advertied and they just aren’t it. These however feel like work trousers but also casual pair too. I have two sets now one for work and onces for out ie football or just out love these true to size as well well for me it is

My first purchase with Apostle tactical…
My first purchase with Apostle tactical was great, order arrived on time and correct. Their add kept appearing on my social media so I gave them a look and really really liked the look and fit of the products. I’m also an ex service member and feel an affinity with their brand. I look forward to seeing more lines of products from them as they grow.

As to the product I'm very impressed, pleased that I made the purchase.Superb quality,look and detailing.It fits true to the accurate size chart and looks good enough to attract favourable comments ! As regards the purchasing process,that was super efficient,it arrived in 2 days,good service indeed.And,it was packaged securely and competently.No negatives from me on any grounds.When people work hard to present their product,take care,and the product is high quality, its time to say thanks for the effort, I'll be buying again.
