totally scam do not waste your money

I contacted this company to help me find an earlier driving test. Fortunately, I found a cancellation myself using an app and booked it. I informed the company before taking the test, but they did not respond.

I passed my driving test, yet on the same day they booked another test for me. I immediately told them that I had already passed and asked them to cancel the unnecessary booking and issue a refund. They said the refund would be processed within nine days.

After waiting longer than nine days, I contacted them again. They repeatedly promised that the refund would be processed shortly, but months have now passed and I have received nothing. Their responses were consistently delayed, and they have now stopped replying altogether.

In my experience, this service was completely unprofessional. I found a cancellation faster on my own using a cancellation app. I would not recommend wasting your money on this service.

On 31 May, before you booked any driving test for me, I messaged you requesting a refund because I had already found and booked an earlier test myself. I received no response to that request.

Despite this, you later booked another test on 18 June, after I had already passed my driving test. I immediately informed you that I had already passed and asked for my refund.

At no point did you tell me that I was not entitled to a refund. Instead, over the following weeks you repeatedly told me that my refund had been processed and would arrive within a few days. I have screenshots of messages saying:

* “You will get your refund shortly.”
* “We have processed your refund.”
* “3 to 7 business days.”
* “Sorry for the inconvenience.”

Months passed without any refund being received, despite these repeated assurances. Only after I posted this review did you change your position and state publicly that no refund was due. You also offered me a partial refund if I removed my review, which is also documented.

My review is based entirely on my own experience and the messages exchanged between us. I am happy to provide the screenshots to Trustpilot if requested.
