I was charged after renewal despite not meaningfully using the service. I only interacted with the platform to understand how to request a refund, and this was counted as a “build run” resulting in credit usage. Support confirmed 0.53 credits were consumed, but still refused a refund.

Even though I had unused free credits and plan credits available, the charge was considered final usage. I found this classification misleading and not user-friendly.

Overall, the billing interpretation feels unclear and not transparent enough for users testing the platform.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! I am a 30 yr veteran in Web Design and App Development and I can't tell you how excited I am about this. In the past it would take me months to do what emergent did for me in just minutes with bitcoinlotteryminer.online. Thank you emergent!!!

This is important for people to read and understand what a SCAM company Emergent is and is misleading and has way below average AI tools.
I used this AI tool to make my App for Chefs and Sommeliers and it was very disappointing, be it the logo or the setup or the design or the content or the pictures and was going around in circles to fix the payment processing which was not my priority but was doing it and eating away all my money in doing so and not offering any proper services.
I was done with the POOR job this AI was struggling with!
I took the crappy site and had to submit it anyways as I was running late for copywriting the concept!

Now, looking to start all over again with a good company and launch the App.

They have SHADY numbers and SHADY people and you cannot reach them for any help or questions on those numbers about unauthorized charges on the credit card but Citi card helped me out!
(And this is in California!)

Nothing is set like a professional company and they siphon your money very fast in the name of business!

Very poor standards and very shady and scammy business practices for sure and I reported it immediately to Citi regarding all this as well, so they won’t charge me again and Citi is aware.

They do great marketing and it’s running on smoke as their tool is poor!
Horrible customer service as well.
No numbers work in CA.
But they are super fast in charging your card without authorization!

People should know about this BAD experience and think 100 times before doing business with Emergent.

I am very disappointed with the way my affiliate payment issue has been handled.

I joined Emergent's affiliate program before it was migrated to PartnerStack, when it was still managed through Rewardful. I earned commissions through the program and still have an unpaid balance visible in my Rewardful dashboard.

After the migration, I was informed by the support team that the remaining commissions from the Rewardful program would be honored and paid as a final payout. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the payment remains unresolved.

Now I am being told that Emergent only uses PartnerStack and Wise, which does not address the commissions that were earned before the migration. I have provided screenshots and previous communication regarding this matter, yet I still have not received a clear resolution or payout date.

I am simply asking the company to honor the commitment that was previously made and process the outstanding affiliate commissions that were earned legitimately.

I hope this issue can be reviewed and resolved fairly.

emerge.sh è bugiardo di base non vi fidate! mi ha scritto dopo 3 giorni che per essere onesta che non aveva fatto ciò che avevo richiesto, ho perso credibilità a lavoro perso tempo e non ha fatto altro che peggiora il programma e l'estensione caricate come punto di inizio.

Dopo aver speso soldi per creare un app, arriva ad un certo punto che non riesci più a caricare, quindi a terminare il lavoro.

Purtroppo non è seria come piattaforma!! Ho provato a creare un App professionale e ho perso soltanto dei soldi , l'app ti prosciugato molto credito e continua a fare errori in modo che tu per sistemare i suoi errori devi continuare a pagare e consumare crediti , quando pensi di avere l'app pronta allora scopri che è piena di bug e non ti funziona più. Forse è creata per delle applicazioni più semplici.

I’m a retired federal government employee with 14 years of experience as a Microsoft Access application developer, and I evaluated Emergent AI hoping I could use AI for an idea I had to accelerate a basic app to use as a side hustle.

Following a worldwide outage, Emergent AI was unable to locate or restore an application I had built prior to the outage. The app was simply gone. There was no recovery option, no export, and no version history available. From a systems and data management perspective, this raises serious concerns about backend architecture, persistence, and basic safeguards that experienced developers would expect by default.

What was most concerning was the response. Emergent took no responsibility for the loss of my work. Instead of acknowledging the failure or offering remediation, they issued additional credits, which is meaningless when the underlying problem is trust in the platform’s ability to retain and manage data.

I repeatedly requested a refund and was told the following twice so this is obviously a canned response:

“I want to be transparent about how Emergent works. Each time you run a job, we pay for real computational power, and our usage-based model is based on that cost. For this reason, refunds are usually not possible as the credits are already heavily discounted.”

From a professional standpoint, this response avoids the core issue entirely. This was not a matter of compute usage—it was loss of user-created assets due to a platform failure. In regulated or government environments, this would be unacceptable.

I spent more time educating the AI Agent in the basics rather than building the same functionality manually. The interface and workflow felt immature and poorly thought out, especially for anyone with formal development experience. The scroll bar had major issues needing constant refreshing making messages from the AI agent difficult to read and respond to.

There is minimal transparency into what the AI is actually generating, which makes debugging and maintenance difficult or impossible. This is a serious limitation for anyone who has worked in regulated or enterprise environments.

Support and documentation are insufficient for professional users, let alone those who have no experience in app development. Questions were met with vague or muddled explanations rather than concrete guidance, which suggests the product is still experimental despite being marketed as a usable app builder.

Based on my background, I would not consider Emergent AI suitable for professional development, government work, or any environment that values data integrity and maintainability. In its current form, it feels more like a prototype than a serious development tool. I cannot recommend it.

Uso Emergent per gestire un’attività reale e complessa, con più negozi, appuntamenti, ordini, clienti e flussi operativi diversi. È una piattaforma potente che mi ha permesso, pur non essendo una sviluppatrice, di costruire strumenti su misura, esattamente come mi servivano.
Quello che fa davvero la differenza è la flessibilità: non sei tu che devi adattarti al software, ma è il software che si adatta a te. Con un po’ di curiosità e voglia di sperimentare, puoi creare soluzioni che prima richiedevano team tecnici o costi molto alti.
Ottimo anche il supporto: il team ascolta davvero gli utenti e la piattaforma è in continua evoluzione.
Non è il classico gestionale “chiavi in mano”, ma se vuoi costruire qualcosa di tuo, Emergent ha un potenziale enorme.
La consiglio soprattutto a chi ama imparare e vuole portare innovazione concreta nel proprio lavoro.

App buona per cose banali, ma quando chiedi di fare sul serio si ingarbuglia lei sola con codici trovati ed errati, è solo uno strumento per rubare letteralmente soldi scusandosi in continuazione, nulla a che vedere con una vera AI. State lontani da questa applicazione

Pessima app, riesce a distruggere tutto il lavoro che siete riusciti a costruire per una cosa banale e poi non riesce a rispristinare il funzionamento. Ti fa sprecare crediti su crediti per cercare di rimettere in sesto il tutto. Lasciate perdere

Questo servizio per creare app con IA a priva vista sembra una meraviglia,anzi lo è.
Permette di creare applicazioni web per mobile, solo inserendo del testo. Funziona ed è molto facile da usare, basta solo un pò di immaginazione. Ok ogni tanto qualcosa non funziona o smette di farlo nell applicazione che si sta creando, ma da parte del gioco.Bisogna acquistare dei crediti e mano mano vengono consumati in base a quanto è complessa la richiesta. Esempio con i crediti gratis già si puo impostare una app funzionale e pronta all uso, ma poi il sistema ti prende la mano e vuoi migliorarla quindi ricarichi e vai avanti.
Bene , tutto bello e buono ma a me viene il dubbio che dopo un po, l app prende un po troppo crediti, si ripresentano errori ed alcune migliorie devi farle piu volte consumando crediti inutilmente. Quindi secondo me non se ne esce tanto facilmente.
Ricarichi anche 10 euro alla volta, ma quando arrivi a 50 e ne hai sprecati metà per le stesse cose, onestamente ti rode. Peccato perché la situazione generale e molto bella, ma secondo me approfittano un po.
