These guys are a professional scam artist. When I first purchased their product, it was stated therein that it was a lifetime license, just few months down the road they said they reviewed their website and wanted me to pay $20 for tokens access, which was not in the agreement when I first bought the product. However when they see people complaining on trustpilot, they removed that idea and went back to their initial agreement. Few months down the road again, they then came up with another plan that the old package which I bought is no longer on the system, that I need to buy another package of $249 again, citing that the one I bought initially was only a trial package. They went further, saying that it was stated in their T&C that they can delete someone's package at any time. And this last statement of T&C, I debunked it, because before I bought their product, I went through all their T&C and understood it before buying. Now they updated that T&C in September 2021, which I already bought my package before that date they updated it.
I know to get them go back to their initial agreement won't be easy, but here is the gist, I would like to advise everyone out there to desist from this professional scammers hiding behind a scrapping app to perpetuate their scam agenda.
