Wondrously beautiful diffuser and customer care
The biscuit diffuser itself is heavenly, a gorgeous earthy tone and texture, that came beautifully packaged and shipped promptly. Appellation customer service and care was also as exceptional and beautiful as their product. I was truly impressed by their follow up and care when addressing the appropriate power cord to be sent. I would highly recommend for the beautiful products coupled with their incredible care and follow through.

Appellation went above and beyond
Appellation went above and beyond. I had an error in my order and it was from my side so the delivery was going to be delayed. I contacted M. Michal and told him that the order is a gift and it's urgent, it can't be delayed. So he did his best to make sure it geta delivered asap. Still thankful 🙏🏻

The product was delivered very quickly considering it was an international shipment. I loved the packaging, especially that of the aroma oils. No extra wrappings or bubble wrap, which I personally appreciate. It would be helpful if there was a note with a simple instruction on how to use the product for the first time, or maybe a QR code to the webpage.
