I really want to start the training but again I’ve never heard back from anyone.

I’m an indie iOS developer with 6 apps on the App Store and recently needed a more professional way to handle ASO.
After trying several tools, I decided to stick with AppFollow — it simply has everything I need.
Managing multiple apps with workspaces, tracking keywords across countries, built-in keyword translations, and features like “Downloads by keywords,” competitor tracking, and keyword discovery save me a lot of time.
The Essential plan is totally worth it. The only thing I’d love to see added is revenue estimates for apps/competitors.
Overall, very happy and planning to keep using it.

I’ve been using the AppFollow free tier for quite a few months now. It’s absolutely perfect for indie developers who are trying to crack the App Store. Best app for ASO
I’ve been using AppFollow for a year now to keep an eye on my app’s ratings and user reviews across different stores, and overall I’m pretty impressed.
The best part is how it pulls all the reviews from the App Store and Google Play (and even other platforms) into one place. I used to waste so much time hopping between dashboards - now it’s all in one feed.
I also like the AI-powered suggestions for responses—they save me time when I’m dealing with a lot of similar questions or complaints. And the alerts when ratings suddenly drop are great for catching issues early.

Impossible to cancel
This service makes it unnecessarily hard to cancel. They advertise “online cancellation” on their website, but once you try to leave, there’s no self-serve option in the app or dashboard. Instead, you’re pushed into emailing their sales team, which feels intentional. This kind of deceptive design is a classic dark pattern: adding friction to stop people from unsubscribing rather than keeping customers through a product that stands on its own.

A simple way to respond to users faster
I’ve been using AppFollow for a few months to keep an eye on reviews for my app and reply to everything from one place instead of jumping between consoles and help-desk. It became my main inbox for app reviews. I check what came in, mark important stuff, and respond from there.
After I set up simple auto-rules and templates I cut all the copy-paste work and now only focus on responding to the tricky feedback. The newer AI features are als useful. I use AI-generated reply drafts when I don’t have time to write full responses, and AI summaries to quickly find out what users complain or praise after a release.
Overall, AppFollow saves me a lot of time on routine replies and helps to spot real problems. I’ve managed to keep some users by replying quickly to their concerns, and I feel more confident we’re not overlooking critical feedback.

… Disappointing Experience with Appfollow: A Warning
My experience with Appfollow was thoroughly disappointing, to say the least. The company employs the despicable tactic of bombarding people with text messages from individuals across the globe, notably from Israel, enticing them with promises of earning extra money. When I dared to inquire whether any investment was required, they assured me that no financial commitment was necessary. However, upon attempting to navigate their tutorial, it became apparent that they were merely trying to stroke our egos, portraying us as exceptionally talented individuals deserving of a bonus, only to hit us with a demand for payment to proceed further into our accounts. It's all a sham. Naturally, I refused to part with any money. Companies like these should be outlawed. I have saved all the conversation .
I have sent an email to Appfollow and they did not answer.
