Poor - would not recommend

Ordered a slimline dishwasher back March for April delivery and paid money, delivery kept getting pushed back month after month, now back to august but that has just changed from July, prices are lower than most on google but maybe that’s just to get you on their site.

Phoned and offered a replacement but no email or call back, phoned again and it’s as if I’ve phone for the first time....crap, I’ve now sent cancellation email and will see how that goes...watch this space!!

Ordered a chest freezer in march, i sent numerous emails, i got 1 email back making up excuses, no communication at all i got my money back by phoning my bank do not wait for there refund, because u wont get one!! Contact ur bank straight away..... i see you have replied with lies to my review!! I emailed 4 weeks ago to be told they had my item in the wearhouse waiting for dispatch and to give them a few more days so it had nothing to do with not having them in stock!!! Thats every excuse find a new one and stop talking utter crap!! And refund your customers when asked!!

I ORDED A CHEST FREEZER ON 2ND FEB THIS YEAR. Every time i phoned them to ask when is delivery and each time they said 2 weeks this has been going on for months. I have got to the stage and asked for my money back.

No stars don't waste your time or money with this company! Absolute joke! Trading standards and solicitors are getting involved as, as soon as I placed my order they took my money cancelled the order due to long wait times now telling me I have to wait 21 working days for MY money back!
Fraud, con artist what ever you want to call them stay away at all costs!

Ordered fridge freezer in January never received this kept getting told it was due to be dispatched asked to cancel and for refund told 10 to 14 days now surpassed that and been told could be June 10th that refund will be issued so that will be 6 months of being fobbed off and now withholding my money and unhelpful staff and all generic response emails

Do not recommend!!!! Avoid - I have been waiting nearly a month for a refund. Nobody replies to emails, told I will be called back and never get anything. I was told that the accountant was in a meeting and they would get back to me with an update. I just want my money back please, it is not yours!

Disgusting customer servise. It was a preorder that they didn't state. It's been over 1 month since the dolivery was supposed to arrive and over 2 months since ordering.
They blame the couriers and accept no responsibility, all they do is pressure you to cancel.

I run a business and I was in desperate need of a freezer every week is loss of earning and all they say is wait to weeks or cancel and still don't deliver.

I highly recomend avoiding them at all costs if you want to actually receive the item you purchase

Absolute joke orded a freezer in February 2021 paid in full had no delivery date left it a month then we where told waiting on stock then it was there was no delivery driver's then we ate working through a list I've had to ring up every time no communication from them customer service is rubbish I've now asked for a refund which will take 14 days

I also attempted to purchase a KG chest freezer since beginning of January and not yet received it. Stuck on a container, should be here next week, courier delayed in collection, might be with courier. Every week I think this could be the week but still not received. Have been offered a refund but really wanted the freezer so was prepared to wait a few weeks/ months but 5 months I think is a stretch.

I ordered a freezer in January and 4 months later still no sign of it. They keep insisting it will be dispatched within the next 2 weeks. Terrible service all round. It looks cheap but it’s definitely not worth it. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else and actually get what you pay for.
I never did get my order and the company refused to refund me making me start a chargeback claim with my bank which could also take months. They have had my money for over 5 months already and by the looks of it a lot of other customers too, probably making interest or hoping people never claim through their bank to recoup their money. Shameless

ordered a built in microwave. excellent service, no problems

The price of the oven we ordered was very good. If we had bought it anywhere there was going to be a delay but we were told when to expect contact and that was met. Delivery was as promised. We were impressed.

I have the worst experience with this company avoid at all costs I ordered a washer on the 12th April and still have no received it the delivery date has been changed 3 times and now is saying end of July I tried to speak to them regarding this and their customer services is apporling also no further forward snd no washing machine or refund

Great price and efficient company but delivery took a bit of time (knew when ordered) and lorry went to wrong post code (common problem with our post cde set wrong on some satnavs). But we will certainly use them again.

Excellent service! The sales agent that I placed my order with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered 3 different items from appliancegroup.com, they were delivered to me within 7 days of placing the order. I will definitely be using this company again.

My new washing machine arrived on time, I was kept up to date with the delivery, it was actually cheaper than Argos and Curry’s. loving my new washing machine. Thank you so much

Sourcing the right fridge for our caravan was quite difficult but Appliance Group had just the one -an undercounter Hoover. The next problem was getting it delivered to a caravan site in Wales! Alisha organised all of this with Expert delivery, who themselves kept us well informed. Delivery date and time were exactly as updated-with extra removal as required. We were very satisfied with the service-thankyou!

My appliance was delivered on time and as promised. I was kept informed of delivery dates and the price was good. I would definitely buy again from here.

Last Thursday our American Fridge/Freezer finally arrived after waiting some months, yes its very frustrating when you feel communicating with Appliance Group has no real impact on when your order is going to arrive. We already had a fridge/freezer so weren't really bothered about a few weeks initially as the savings out weighed the time scale, reading reviews on here didn't help and we have total sympathy with reviews left. But i was determined to see it through to the end and got through to Alisha (Manager) and Holly (Customer Care) and things changed when i asked for an alternative to our order, Alisha & Holly within 2 weeks had sent through a choice, we had a better specification, saved more money, rang and received emails. This will not help possibly some whom have had bad experiences but with many new companies setting up and the challenge of the recent year I'll admit i was worried and almost got to the point of cancelling. But seeing the positive out of the many negatives id really like to thank Alisha and Holly for their help, communication and support and commitment. Lets hope things get better for everyone buying from this supplier.

I ordered a £300 Bosch integrated microwave but they completely failed to deliver it and converted the order into a refund. Today, 25 days after paying them, I called to be told that NOTHING they do is faster than 14 WORKING DAYS and that my refund is in the diary to be processed on the 14th WORKING DAY because, allegedly, "that's how all companies operate"... Really?
They have my money, the order still says "awaiting fulfillment" and they have no intention of actually sending anything or refunding money until some future date to be determined whenever they feel like it 🤬
*Update: I called today further to their response to my TrustPilot review and, when they - of course - said that today is not the last day upon which they'd promised a refund (and despite their response to this TrustPilot review being to 'contact them in order to get it processed ASAP'), the call centre agent said she wasn't obliged to refund it today and, when I said I am disabled and can't afford to just give them £300 for 4 weeks, she mocked me by saying "oh, funny, that's handy"... a new low for this TERRIBLE company.
