Fixed within 24 hours
It only took one phone call, the engineer remembered me from a previous (unrelated) visit, gave a quote there and then. The part was ordered, a repair date was set for 48 hours but the spare arrived early and the cooker fixed the next day!

Found dishwasher fault in 10mins
Found dishwasher fault in 10mins, fixed with minimum fuss, and was clear/honest at explaining what had gone wrong and what he had done to fix it. Charged the minimum fee. Result. Will definitely use again. Recommend.

A first class, friendly and efficient service from Darren. He very clearly explained the work he needed to carry out and the charge. We have every confidence in him and would be very happy to use his services in the future.
It was very simple and straightforward to arrange (by phone) for him to come to see us.
