When my partner and I moved into our own place together August of last year, we bought a vacuum cleaner as well as a toaster & kettle set from appliances online. So just over a year we’ve owned these appliances.

The kettle did not even work. So we had to buy a new one from elsewhere. The toaster is so low quality I’m scared it’ll blow up. It doesn’t even toast bread properly. Looking to buy a new one soon.

The vacuum cleaner was good for roughly six months… it is the worst vacuum cleaner I’ve ever used. I avoid vacuuming purely so I don’t have to use it.
It has the weakest suction (there is nothing stuck in it!). Literally picks next to nothing up, especially on carpet.
It makes weird noises as if the power to it isn’t registering properly.
The chord is a poor length. I have a small open floor plan house and I can’t even reach one side of it so I have to use an extension chord.

Please do not buy from this website. I don’t know what happened to sturdy appliances that outlasted you but this is not the website to find them.

Purchased a brand new heat pump dryer and after trying every setting it does not work. It spins but the clothes never dries.

It is 1 day old and they are refusing to replace or refund.

I have been fobbed off to Bosch who will supposedly call me sometime in the next week. They are taking no responsibility and have just palmed me off to the manufacturer even though it’s 1 day old.

Their service goes against every consumer law and has wasted countless hours of our time with no resolution.

I have spent hours troubleshooting, reading the manual and asked a friend to look who has the exact same model. It is not working.

I've only had to continue to work with this company because it's out of my control and it's with a warranty. And I am mortified that two men came to drop off a new washing machine machine, broke one of the legs in the process and thought that putting cardboard underneath it would be sufficient. Now when I went to start the washing machine, I had no idea of this and couldn't figure out why I wasn't working.

Well, it's a front loader and so of course it's not working because it's not stabilised because I thought is broken and it's been attempted to hold it with cardboard. Absolutely horrific experience and cannot believe that people would think this is an adequate level of a delivery service.

I am now almost into week eight of no washing machine now as a result of this and as we all know washing machine machines are an essential part of everyday life. I would say if efficiency and assurance of reasonable standards is a value for you I would probably be looking somewhere else.

Ordered a fridge. Good price, easy ordering process, delivered the next day when they said they would, removed the old fridge at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for a better experience

Timely, professional, seamless end to end.

Absolutely horrible customer service and deliberate false advertising. I ordered a washing machine that came with a part different to what was listed in the website. I called and was bounced around between people who did not want to help me and did not know what they were doing, when I eventually was able to speak to a manufacturer I was told that the parts advertised were "not necessarily" what was included in the product and could not get refunded or replaced with out a fee. The guy at manufacturing I spoke to basically admitted I was being scammed. Save your money.

Customer service was extremely helpful and helped me find the right product at the best possible price and arranged delivery for me, with instructions. Everything went really smoothly. It's the customer service that won me over and I would definitely buy from them again

After my washing machine crapped itself, I just wanted to sort out a new one asap. Appliances online made this possible. Happy I stumbled across your website, as I had a new one delivered & installed within a few days. They also took away the old one free of charge. Very happy customer and highly recommended.

I never go anywhere else now. Just find the best price, call Appliances Online and you just get it - no fuss or bother. I had to buy a new dish washer. Everything is cheap and nasty these days, but that's got nothing to do with AO. Lovely people, good service, what more could you ask for

Honestly I didn’t think service like this existed any more in this day and age. Got sick of supporting other companies (I won’t name names) who sacrifice service in order to try offer a cheap price. After my first two experiences with Appliances Online, I would consider myself now a customer for life. Exceptional local phone service (no AI bots), exceptional delivery service and overall just a great experience.

The washing machine was defective it would not complete a cycle. The delivery guys who installed the machine rushed off before checking it worked properly. I then had to prove it was faulty. They tried to charge me to nominate an afternoon delivery. Today they sent a message saying the new machine would be delivered between 8:30am and 10:30am my last update was now delivery possibly between 7:56pm and 9:45pm. No grantees it will not be delivered later. Messages online said deliveries would be no later than 7pm. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. They do not value the customer when things go wrong I have experienced their customer service as woeful to say the least.

Unbelievably quick turn around and arrived as described.
Definitely be using these guys again.
