A bit confusing
The test kit was affordable, shipped quickly, and easy to order! The instructions were a bit confusing (regarding labels and “if applicable” verbiage). I am also still waiting on results, and unclear about how to retrieve them from the patient portal. I was only able to find mention of the portal in the FAQ’s - no obvious link on website. When I attempt to set it up it, I receive an error message that states “invalid phone number.” Hoping additional directions will come via email, as the results may not be ready yet.

FAST SHIPPING AND FAST RESULTS
Quick delivery of the test to our home and results came back quickly too. For some reason, though my husband and I mailed our tests at the same post office at the same time, my test results came back two days later. When we called to check on them, the service was great. My husband's results came back in just a few days. Amazing.

Don't use this company
Don't use this company, just go through your doctor if you are looking for information. They charge for the testing and then don't tell you it's another $300 for them to tell you the results. Horrible company.

I ordered the test online
I ordered the test online. The test came within a week. The instructions were fairly easy to do. After I sent my sample back, I received the results via email within a week. So much better than making an appointment with a doctor. I would highly recommend.
This price was the lowest I could find online, definitely a plus
