I paid nearly $600 over two months for a job application and resume service, and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.

At the time of enrollment, I was promised resume updates every 15–20 days. That commitment was quietly dropped without explanation. I also paid an additional $100 for experience verification, which was never completed and because of their delayed response during an active interview process, I lost a job opportunity I had worked hard for.

When I reviewed the applications being submitted on my behalf, I found serious errors throughout. My master's degree completion dates were listed incorrectly (showing 2013–2014 instead of 2023–2025), effectively making it appear I completed a two-year program in one year. Out of the 10–20 applications submitted daily, a significant portion were for irrelevant roles that did not match my stated profile as a health data professional and medical coder.

When I raised these concerns with the team lead, the only response I received was repeated apologies with no corrective action. I documented everything errors, incorrect applications, and their team's responses with video and photo evidence, and shared it all formally. After that, communication became dismissive. When I asked for a partial refund for the resume service and client additions, I was told flatly that no refund would be issued and to "do whatever I want."

I attempted to contact the founder multiple times. He did not respond.

I’ve been these guys for almost 5 months., while the initial call was very promising., the communication bit is lacking. Also, never got any interview. I trusted and wasted my time.

You will have multiple people reaching out for the same thing. While they are actually good at apologizing the actual promised work will not be done till you keep asking and verifying and coz you are already telling the same to multiple people they think oh they know so the other person must have done it.

Overall a very bad experience. Wish they could work in the customer’s time zone. The midnight calls are very annoying.

Guys, please be careful with these services. They take your money and keep pressuring you to pay, but once you do, they don’t deliver what they promise. Most of the time, they come up with excuses to skip applications, and when they do apply, they don’t meet the proper number of applications per day or maintain quality.

I’ve personally been in touch with this team, and they rarely even bother to respond. They claim they will work, but in reality, they don’t, and you will definitely regret purchasing their service. They also don’t provide any kind of profile or resume optimization, which is extremely important in today’s job market.

Overall, it feels like the team is more focused on making money from people rather than actually doing the work. Please don’t waste your money on this. I truly hope the business changes its attitude and starts delivering services worth the money they charge
