I have been working with apptimizer for 4 + years. We have run successful projects together boosting apps to key positions, hence leveraging companies revenues immensely. Apptimizer are super professional and definitely market leaders. I would highly recommend any company out there to team up with apptimizer!

100% Scam. didn't receive any ordered reviews, contacted support and requested a refund but they refuse to refund, It's been 2 weeks now but they refuse to refund and reply. Stay away !

I was added to a whatsapp group by an unknown number with a bunch of other people I didn't know, they tried to explain the concept to us and that it was an online business, but it was so shady and I blocked them

Wurde von irgendwelchen Nummern mit +31 Vorwahl in eine Whatsapp-Gruppe hinzugefügt, wo für leicht verdientes Geld in einer App geworben wird. Es wird nicht erklärt woher diese Personen/Bots die Nummern haben. Angeblich wurden die Nummern über eine Hays-Website erworben.

Es werden allgemein Fragen ignoriert und skeptische Mitglieder aus der Gruppe entfernt.

Definitiv keine gute Geschäftspraktik und wirkt schwer nach Scam.

This is the defenition of a Scamm whatch out for them.
I have reperted the to an agency that have come tothat they are a Pyramid scheme.

Not a single rating or review. Do not waste your time with them. Now I don't know if I can get my money back.

I wanted to try a few platforms that offer similar services, Apptimizer appears on the search results quite on top so I decided to give it a chance. After 3 weeks, I got 0 ratings and 0 reviews. I don't want the money back, I don't want to send emails and ask them for what I paid. I just want to tell you not to loose time with them.

I received service for ASO of my application. The software of the site is very professionally prepared. Likewise, they have also left 5-star reviews on trustpilot or other sites. That's why it looks reliable even here. I contacted Support and asked all my questions and they answered them all correctly and reasonably. Service prices are neither low nor high, they are very realistic. You pay a minimum balance of $25. So I entered the minimum amount and purchased the services for testing purposes. But there is no service. When I told Support that I could not receive service and that they needed to support me, I received a reply saying that I would have to wait 7 days. Where did 7 days come from? Where did you have trouble-free service? It's okay until you pay. This kind of situation is not nice after paying money. Since I paid by credit card, I will submit a dispute and get my money back. I am writing this review for others.

I've tried a few campaigns with them. I constantly had to double check whether or not the ratings or reviews were being posted. And then when they were posted, they would disappear a few months later. Every week I'm talking to their customer support team because all of my campaigns have had issues. The last campaign I had was from November and after chatting with them every week about a resolution, I still do not have a resolution currently about the missing ratings/reviews I paid for.

The Apptimizer team followed up on this review and refunded the campaign that didn't work, which I appreciated. I would recommend being meticulous and taking lots of screenshots and download reports to track it all just in case. The service may work for your apps because they mentioned it works for others. But the campaigns I tried just didn't work for me. However, the team did follow up to resolve the issue and correct things so worth a try to see if it works for your apps or not.

The keyword installs work like magic.
