I may come back to reduce the stars

I may come back to reduce the stars, but the issue I have is that you simply cannot determine when you will receive the item ordered. A week after ordering my CPAP tubing, the FedEx tracking number still shows it is waiting to receive the package. Calling Apria, you simply get the Philippines, and all they can do is apologize and parrot back everything you have already told them. No value at all, a complete waste of time, and frustrating. Expectation is for shipping to be done within 1-2 business days after ordering. The bar is set low.

Update:
I received a call-back from Apria, and they were able to resolve the ongoing issue of me being charged for a product not received. The person I spoke to was extremely professional and polite, very different from my previous experience. It felt like I was talking to a different company. I am happy that my issue was resolved. I'm not happy it took so long, and I can't truly recommend this company because I have lost faith in Apria. When I move back, I will look for another company to do business with.

They run their customer service abroad and are truly awful. I had informed them that I was no longer going to be insured with the insurance I had, since I would be leaving the state, and to cancel my autopay. I left, and my old landlord told me I still get bills after I left, but he said I never received any packages. The customer service never responded, but instead billed me for a greater amount. Will report them to the BBB and the State Attorney General. Be careful with this company; there are plenty of other companies that still use US-based customer service, and never sign up for autopay.

Terrible Service, Untrained Staff

I'm a new customer trying to restart my CPAR with a new doctor after more than a year of non-use. Apria placed my initial order then, without telling, cancelled it due to non-compliance (for lack of use). After more than an hour on the phone with Apria, their compliance department said I shouldn't be considered non-compliant but the customer service and sales department were stuck repeating the script that I needed to be compliant. When I asked how to become compliant, the agent didn't know. I eventually learned they can request a compliance report from my doctor but they refuse to request the initial one as I'm a new patient.

I need negative stars for this company!!!!!

I need negative stars for this company. Their website is absolutely useless- it can't be used to place an order and it's never up to date. It took 2 phone calls for them to correct my insurance. Then I placed an order. a month later I asked where's my order- they had forgot about it. She tried to blame me for not calling to check on it- nope!!! I truly hate this company!!!!

Apria Direct online corporate ZERO STARS

Apria Direct online corporate has given me empty promises to complete order made 10/28/24. Today is 11/15/24, they still have not updated the Fedex tracking number as of 10/30/24 or refunded my money. They continue to lie stating it is their supplier not getting back to them with update via email. This place is a fraud company. The email back answers such as "your request is being processed"...I suspect/want to warn other beware of scamming online shoppers with this company. Buyers beware!!!

Apria supplied my CPAP machine

Apria supplied my CPAP machine. Their billing cycle is a mess - erratic and nearly impossible to interpret as I always got different answers. For example, they sent a bill to me in May from September, which my insurance refused to pay since it was from a previous year. I finally decided to return the machine rather than deal with Apria anymore. In April, they said that a carrier would come pick up the machine. Then they charged me for May. When I called, they said the machine had been picked up. Of course it has not - it is still sitting on my desk. I am on the phone right now with them and they remain clueless as to why they are charging me for a machine which their own records show has been returned,

Expensive Defective Product

I purchased an expensive 59S Liviliti UVC LED and heat sanitizer for my cpap hose, mask and mobile phone. (Model SZH40-T5 Made in China) The fans stopped working after about 10 days, and the latch would no longer keep the lid closed. Furthermore, Apria is making me pay for shipping to return their defective product. I will not be buying anything else from them.
