By mistake I had double ordered an item. I had a phone call within a few minutes asking if I had made a mistake and it was corrected. Excellent customer service, something other businesses should aspire to.

Broken item……..
I sent back and this was replaced with yet
a n o t h e r broken item which if I send back for a refund I HAVE TO PAY THE COST!!! Not impressed sadly
Comments below not wholly true. Firstly not only had the robins come loose in second box but also berries. I don’t expect broken bits in a new item. I asked for a refund as this garland was not in tact - no threats but this was refused. I quote “ If you want a full refund, please return the complete and undamaged garland at your expense to the address below.” Not sure how I can return an undamaged garland that was received damaged ‼️‼️.
Also no offer of 2nd return label was ever made
BASICALLY I’m STUCK with a damaged item - or PAY FOR A RETURN which I will not get a refund for as it IS DAMAGED. G r e a t customer service ‼️ out of pocket x2

Sorry you only rate us at 1 star. We did try our best. Firstly, you demanded an immediate refund on our on-line chat, due to a faulty Winter Robin Garland. We do need the product returned before any refund. I rang and agreed to send a return label straight away and replacement on receipt, (which you said you now preferred to a refund) both next day as you said you needed the garland for the weekend. The replacement, which we had checked carefully for faults, was delivered just 4 days after the initial order. However, on examination of the returned garland, it was clear that the robins had come lose. They often do in transit and just push back on, it’s not a fault. We explained this to you and you seemed to accept this, but, on delivery of the replacement, we received an email that you were very angry that 2 robins were lose. We did offer another return label, but in the next email you talked about leaving bad reviews and demanding a discount. We will not give in to review blackmail, so withdrew the offer of a return label, as the product is not faulty.
Further to your reply, we did offer a second returns label, but shortly after, before I had booked it, you sent the following, which does acknowledge the label offer, but the threat of a poor review after we had bent over backwards to help was too much and I rescinded the goodwill offer of a free return label, as in your above quote, which contradicts your statement that a refund was refused.

I also haven’t had a reply to my emails this morning or a returns label!
I’m happy to return for a full refund or you can if you would like offer me a discount”

Superb sunflower

I am not sure where you saw the discount, as we keep our prices competitive and fair to each and every customer, with no further discounts currently. I know there are some websites and plugins that claim to have discount codes for many websites, perhaps it was one of these, but we have no affiliation with any and would rather keep prices fair for our customers than increase to pay their commission.

Gingko large fabric smart book light - saw one of these incredible lights in my local shop, but felt it was too expensive. Apricotwhirl had it for £20.00 less including P&P. The light was delivered by the anticipated date, well packed and secure. Am really pleased with the light, when fully charged it lasts about 6 hours and can be recharged in about 3 hours. The product is well made and produces a lovely ambient light that being battery operated can be placed anywhere.
