With my fear of dentist

My son was seen by Usman,one of the best dentist, very professional,kind and thorough.
His assistant Saffiyah was very friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff and consistently good treatment. Any aspect of a treatment plan is clearly explained.

The dentist Sara and her nurse Saffiya were brilliant. They were really helpful and made the experience a lot easier for my root canal surgery. I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure and my tooth feels much better than when I first went in.

Appointment almost on time.

I first had the my hygienist Sabrina who is very friendly and kind, she has helped me get my gums/pockets back to normal with all her help and advise I've improved massively
I than had Sara who is kind, friendly and makes you feel at ease, she gave me load of advise on clamping my teeth, they are both amazing.
Very friendly receptionist as well

The dentist explained that I have problems with my teeth 🪥. But I will go back every 3 months to keep an eye on them. 😊🦷

I phoned about 9.15 to try and get an appointment as I felt something amiss on the back of one tooth.
I was amazed I was offered an appointment for 12.10.
Saw Phil today for the first time. Problem sorted very quickly. Phil was very reassuring that I did the right thing to contact the staff before things may have got worse.

A lovely experience. The staff are so friendly. The advice and knowledge of the staff is extremely helpful and valuable.

I had to have a tooth extraction and Jo, the Dentist, was amazing. I am already a very nervous patient and have been all my life. Jo was so incredibly kind. She makes sure you are comfortable in your seat position before she starts. She gave me several anaesthetic injections to ensure the area was fully numb. She took her time, talked to me the whole way through and had the tooth out in a flash. She is positively the best Dentist I've ever had. She is so incredibly efficent. I would one million percent recommend her to anyone thinking of joining this practice.

Visited the dental surgery without an appointment as issue arose in which I needed attention. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. That’s what I call great service.

As ever all staff friendly yet professional and make you feel at ease.

Rang in the morning got an emergency appointment in the afternoon. Sara treated my tooth quickly and efficiently with a ding while she was doing it. Great service.

Brilliant service

From the reception to the dentist lady who attended to us we got first class service. The dentist patiently spoke to my foster son through google translator. She patiently explained everything to us, the upcoming appointments, procedures etc.

Phil is amazing, he saw my dad as an emergency and took his tooth out with such ease, no pain and no pain after the treatment either. thankyou to all the staff for always going above and beyond for my dad and other patients.

Again, I can find no fault with any part of my care and treatment.
Saraah was ably assisted by Jenna….what a good team they are.
They worked tirelessly. Everything was explained in detail and my questions were answered fully.
I am in the middle of a course of treatment and while I cannot say I look forward to my visits.
I feel much calmer about my visits thank you Saarah and Jenna

Outstanding service. Dr Philip gale went above and beyond with repairs to my teeth in a very efficient manner. I've hidden my teeth for so many years as they were untidy.i can now smile with confidence,I'm so pleased with the results. If like me you've had bad experiences elsewhere, then this is the dental practice you need.
