I have made it clear that I only want service every 90 days which is what I agreed to. They repeatedly send a rep out in 60 days, I believe in an attempt to get more revenue. They bill you everytime... Ver más

Aptive’s technician did an excellent…

Aptive’s technician did an excellent job with the pest control treatment and was very professional. However, the scheduling was very frustrating. My appointment window was 12–5 pm, but the tech did not arrive until after 7 pm. I ended up waiting more than 7 hours with no calls from Aptive. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Aptive needs to improve communication and reliability around scheduling. It would be helpful if they would provide status updates, when their Tech is running late.

I hired Aptive to get my spider…

I hired Aptive to get my spider situation under control and it has not gotten much better. I am very frustrated. I am always told activity will increase after treatment but after months of treatment I would think they should be almost completely gone and they are not. They are in the same places and for the most part as many as I had when the treatments began.

Unreliable

Canceled scheduled service after 4 notices saying they were coming, offering no explanation or alternative until I called to complain.

I've been unsatisfied from the very beginning. I repeatedly told them to stop texting me 3 times a day on the sceduled date. I have not noticed any improvment from my previous company, and still get occaisional spiders, and bugs.

Dissatisfied and covered in bites!

I was initially satisfied with Aptive services, but there seems to be an increase in the number of spiders, mosquitos, and wood roaches. Trying to keep them out of the interior of my home has been challenging. I'm getting bitten a lot and we found a tick on my dog. After each application, the tech always days, "it may get worse before you see improvement". We'll, withe last 4 applications, there has been absolutely no improvement. I'm very disappointed.

The bottom line, not happy.

The bottom line; AT, 9034 Leamon Rd. Harrison, TN. at the Brown's house, we still have ants and spiders galore. Your people don't do what they needed to do for spider control. Spraying a floor at the wall in the garage, before sweeping cobwebs down, that's just doing nothing unless they crawl on the ground, following the wall. Useless!! I signed a 2 year contract to save $200, and after the first visit went bad, because of rushing to get in and out. Then the next one, a couple of days later, well, she did alright, but she wouldn't spray the top of the rafters at the top part of the wall in my garage. She didn't even sweep the cobwebs down. I dont know why. I was told, by Kade, that this was for sure, going to happen in my garage, and all around the house. Neither of your people that came out here, did what I expected, because they were both in a rush. If y'all can't seem to take the time to do what I was told by Kade, your salesman, to make the sale, then I'm definitely ready to give up the ghost, throw in the towel, lift the white flag of surrender, and call it quits. Let me know your answer sooner, than later please. I have a decision to make on your contract. Ask Kade to come back by and I'll show him what was not done. Then, he can tell you if I'm not believable. Do something about this issue of things not getting done. I truly need a company that I can trust to do the job correctly. I thought, from what all Kade said about the company, that I could trust your people, but if I'm not watching, after being so disappointed with the work that is not getting done, is it getting done correctly? I know its not getting done so far, simply because I'm still walking into spider webs, each day, same places, and seeing ant hills in the yard. Nothing has changed. Hello? I look forward to seeing what, if anything, that you do to correct this issue. You should refund me for that terrible first visit, which turned into two different visits, and it has done nothing that I can see. If, after I chat with a supervisor, and not a CSR, you can promise me, that they will not have any reason to be in a hurry on the next visit this month, and do the job right. NOT IN A RUSH, BECAUSE OF TOO MANY STOPS ON THEIR DAY'S AGENDA.
You really shouldn't rush your technicians, by giving them so many stops to get to in a day. Allow them to take their time and do it right. Let's chat. GET TO A SOLUTION.
