The tech could only do the inside and garage due to ice conditions outside. Scheduled another date to return when weather clears.
Only thing- please ask the techs to put on shoe covers when doing inside please

My techican always calls to let me know…
My techican always calls to let me know when he will arrive and then sends a text when he has arrived. He asks me if I have seen any new insect activity since the last visit. He does a very good job of covering the areas that are attractive to insects and cause them to die.

After I signed up I was only keeping…
After I signed up I was only keeping them 1 year. I was waiting for my anniversary date with intent to cancel. I will be renewing the contract due to the service provided. Ken, the technician has been great. He is nice, professional, and does a great job. He addresses any concerns I might have and take the time to be sure the treatment is done correctly and i am satisfied with services provided. Michael P takes care of me on the business side of things and provides amazing customer service. I would definetly recommend....Waco, TX

The Aptive folks are always great!
The Aptive folks are always great! Our technician let us know they were here so we could bring our dogs in from the back yard. He treated the front yard first, and then the back. The treatment didn't take long (we have a fairly small yard out back), and he let us know when he was done, plus how long before we could let the dogs back out. Thanks again, Aptive!

Horrible experience
Three times Aptive has baited and sprayed for rodents, ants and roaches. We still have more ants than ever. I saw a roach alive not dead this morning and no rats/mice have been caught. We are doing our own diy extermination. Your company I would not recommend to anyone.
