The guys that camethey kept the appointment on time

The guys that came, are very nice , courteous and friendly and professional. They did cover all the areas, we asked them to.
We have not renewed our contract, BC the pest issues; have not been resolved. We believe, that after several applications, it remains an issue, that Aptive, is not able to solve the problem. , though they have tried. We do appreciate, their persistent effort.

We have had Aptive for about a year…

We have had Aptive for about a year now, we have had good technicians come and do everything like they’re supposed to and do a great job, others who didn’t bother doing half of the stuff they were supposed to. I hate the scheduling. I get notified 30 mins of them showing up at my door out of nowhere, other times they schedule you but they don't show up at all and don’t bother to call. Them not calling or showing up has happened a couple of times just this past month and then I was rescheduled for two days later, got the text to confirm. The next day I get another text saying they’re rescheduling again. I don’t know what is going on but i haven’t been very happy with them. Also, you’re paying every month, but they only come 6 months out of the year. The products work, but the people who take care of appointments don’t.

The technician has gone to the wrong…

The technician has gone to the wrong address for my service. After talking with Aptive pest control several times they still failed to come to the correct address on the scheduled date. I have given them several chances to redeem themselves, and I am very disappointed in their service. Looking for a new pest control service.
