The service techs always text me to let me know when they will arrive. They arrive on time. They ask about any problem areas I have noticed and we agree on a plan of action. These guys completed this April service when I wasn't present. When I contacted them they responded and then returned to my home to set up traps for me when I told them there was a mouse in the house. They also answered some questions about the products they use outside and assured me they take care not to harm critters like butterflies and honey bees.
