Thorough inspection and treatment, and the worker called me when there was a dead rabbit in our landscaping. He helped by disposing the decayed animal.

Aptive Termite Protection
About a year ago, I had Aptive install their termite protection because inspection showed termite activity in my home. It's now been a year, and there is zero signs of activity in my home or garage. Julien was out today for my annual inspection and thoroughly explained everything he did and didn't see, activity-wise, around my home. It's a relief knowing my home is protected.

Unfortunate Experience
The last time I had a treatment the representative didn't have the equipment to do the inside of the house. He said he'd come the following week and finish. I've never seen him to do that.
