Pocket Gophers taking over.
Pocket Gophers uncontrolled. Bait stations unsecured....flipped over and moved by the wind. Customer service difficult....40 mins on the phone to the 855 phone number without resolution. Not getting value for the money spent. Monthly billing for infrequent service is excessive. Aptive asks for $199 early contract termination fee when their product didn't work.....absurd!

The serviceman knew exactly what I wanted him to do, even before I talked with him. He explained everything when he first arrived and again before he left.
