Service is good, have some issues with time for appointments and not being notified if running behind schedule. Techs are polite and do a good job.

As the service continues, the more I'm becoming disillusioned. Each rep that completes the spraying, has a different routine. The first 2 took long spider web brushes for webs under the front porch.... Ver más

Active visits are regular and…

Active visits are regular and consistent. I am always reminded of an upcoming service a few days before so I am never surprised. On the day of service, the technician is quick and concise. Most of the time I don't even know they've been here. And I always get a text afterwards with explanation and photos of what work was done.

This is the third time I have asked for…

This is the third time I have asked for a notification prior to service and have not received one. Although I have reached out to the company to request this several times, the company has agreed to provide it, however, has not done so. This is merely a lack of professionalism and I will not use this company again.

They are very professional

They are very professional, dependable and helpful when I have some specific questions or areas of help needed. I like they provide detailed pictures of where they did the work outside and opportunities to close gaps where mice can come in.

Less pests in and out!

The service has definitely reduced insects around and in the house. They did a great job taking care of a wasp situation too.
Only negative is that I signed up for $55/month, and then price increased to $64/month. 14% increase seems a bit high

The technicians are professional and communicate with clients at each set of the process. The pesticide products appear to be effective.

This isn’t the old Aptive. It’s much better.

They arrived promptly, started to work immediately, and were very cordial. The tech also did the “hot spots” inside the house, as well as any spots where the bugs, spiders, etc. could be lurking, and completed the job without disturbing anyone. Most professional.

Aptive Pest Control- Great Service

Aptive Technicians are courteous and professional. They typically send you photos of all the areas they treat, which I prefer because it allows the homeowner to view the services. Only once in the winter did they not send the text photos.
They also show up on time.

Great Communication

Good pricing. Always on time. But I really like that they notify me before coming, and I can communicate any special issues or areas of concern.
Whatever they use, works… we see no insects in and around the house.
And again, I can contact them, if something unique does come up. Two way communication has been great.

The job wasn't done all the way

The job wasn't done all the way. Lots of spider webs under my gutters. I had a customer service asked if I wanted them to come out and correct and I said "YES" and no response back on when they will correct. I will not pay for the service until its completed correctly.
