My own personal experience with this company was very negative. Other customers might have had a better experience but not me. I had issues right from the get-go and it just got worse until I had enough and abruptly ended the contract. I had problems with logging on to their website to get into my account. They couldn't help. Technicians would show up when they weren't supposed to on days that I DIDN'T schedule and then show up again on the days I did schedule it charging me twice in the same month. Billing department kept screwing up and could never get it corrected. I talked to many different people about my frustrations, including supervisors, and then finally leaving several phone messages for the district manager. They listened but never did anything about it. And the district manager never returned my calls or emails. When the technicians did the inside of my house, they sprayed everywhere, including directly onto curtains and carpet, leaving stains that would not come out. It's a fairly new company and clearly they have a lot of issues. Lots of very young people running it, apparently with not enough knowledge and experience. They also lied about how many people in my neighborhood signed up. I ended up breaking my contract because nothing was being resolved. They had the gall to charge me $199 for breaking the contract even though they could not resolve the many issues involved. Not even the district manager gave the decency to return my calls and emails! Stay away from this company. They will do and say whatever they can to get your business and then ignore you when problems arise.

I appreciate the email that told me what your employee did while at our home. This was the first time I did not have direct contact with your worker while he was there. That is fine, just appreciated the detailed email report!

This company is fantastic. Reasonably priced, both the sales people and their phone staff is amazing! If you have any problems, they listen and take care of them for you. I highly recommend this company!

They usually do a good job spraying, but they have a hard time keeping to the schedule they create, rescheduling with little or no advanced warning and or showing up over an hour late.

We aren't sure exactly what we're paying for. Techs don't know. One tech says one thing the next tech says completely opposite. The guy who signed us up told us another completely different story. No one seems to know exactly what service we have.

This was the third application. This is the third time I have been told someone would contact me and bring me the traps that were part of the contract. No one has contacted or provided them.
Also on this third application they did not do all that I signed up for. I am very disappointed with their empty promises.
Ok, I got a phone call and a repeat application on Oct. 1 and all my issues have been resolved.

The person who came did not ask if there were any problems like they usually do. Maybe it is because I rescheduled online and put nothing in the comments. I really feel like for the money we pay per visit that the person coming out does very little. They walk around the house and outside of the garage and get cobwebs and spray but nothing else with the rest of the yard or inside the garage where we do have spiders. Always very friendly staff though and when we do have questions they always listen and answer them And address any issues is we do have any

The only reason for the 5 stars is the person that comes & does the service is great. However, the office is terrible. Have only had them 3 months and can never get here when they make appointment. Seems it always has to be rescheduled. Sometimes more then 2 times. I have never worked with a company as bad as this. Cannot wait till my year is over with them. Wish I had never went with them.

This was supposed to be a free one time service. The technician texted to say they were on their way. I was at work and in a day long meeting so I could not answer the text. I saw on my ring camera that the technician banged on my door twice, waited maybe two minutes then drive away without servicing me. I had Aptiv for a year prior to cancelling, at no point did I ever need to be home for service. Also the technician never texted back to tell me they cancelled the call.
