You are addressing concerns related with pests. Whenever I am having a new problem, such as seeing live crickets in the house or a trapped squirrel, you are responding reasonably fast and taking care of the issue.
The annual fee that I pay for your service is not very high.
The technicians who treat my house are friendly and efficient.
With my service you address all my pest issues, such as, crickets/ants. etc., mosquitos, squirrels, etc., not just one or two of them.

The employee was courteous and made extra efforts to do his job.
The employee was courteous and made sure to take care of any issues that I may have. He worked hard to spray a patio that he did not have access to by spraying over the wall at my request. I appreciated his hard work.

I have been using Aptive for several years and have had a good experience over all but with this last experience the representative of Aptive did the bare minimum of what was expected and I was disappointed with his service. I will be calling Aptive to send someone new to re-service my home.

I told service person that a week…
I told service person that a week before I had ants in my kitchen and looked like they were coming through window. I had handled them with ant bait but asked him to spray all around windows. He did so. The next morning the ants were back so whatever he sprayed was not effective.

Poor service
First it was rainining I ask if doing this treatment would work with the hard rain. The tech was due between 10 - 2 and did show up until after 4.
He was here only abou 10-15 minutes since he sprayed the bugs are worst not better. I am going to change if your company can't control the crickets that keep coming into kitchen
