Effective at treating mosquitos and ants
Aptive has been successul in treating mosquitoes and ants in our yard.
I deducted a point as it is difficult to reschedule appointments as their online tool has very few dates to select from. This is particularly true in winter where I see no point in spraying for either insect while it is cold or snow on the ground. I think an early spring treatment is sufficent and then stopping in September. They do reschedule when I call them but as am now beyond the initial contract year, I would like more flexiblity to reschedule during those months without having to call.
Also, for the brief time they are here, $170 per visit seems high although i have not priced them against other services.

Reliable control
My house exterior is no longer covered in spider webs and eggs, no more wasp nests in the eaves, and minimal rodent movement into the house only during transition to cold. We are very happy with our service.

I got scammed by this company
I got scammed by this company. over the phone they said that they would charge per service, but then they gave my property manager a contract for monthly payments for an entire year. also, my problem was with houseflies, which they said they would address. when I looked at the product that they were using, it did not even say it would be effective against flies. now, because I'm in a 1-year contract with them, i need to front a $200 cancellation fee. also, their product doesn't work. i have continued to have pest problems the entire time, when over the phone, they guaranteed, the pests would be gone after the first treatment.
