The service is hit or miss depending on the technician. The time before last the service was thorough and excellent but this last time it was very sparse and done in less than 12 minutes

Great Service
We have seen a great reduction in red wasps and spiders since we started treatment. Our Technician David is super friendly and helpful. He helped me understand some issues I had not thought of and it made a difference.

Lack of safety and communication
They do a good job of pest control. However, they seem to lack in communication and don’t prioritize safety. I have called and told them several times that I want the same person coming into my house every time. I don’t want a different stranger coming into my home and on my property for each visit. I still get a stranger every time.

Flamable solution ?
The technician told me the spray solution was flamable when I asked him to spray a wood pile. I also think the attitude could have been better. I reported my thoughts to the company on Feb. 10 (I think that was the date).

This is the Pest Control service you need and want
Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and EFFECTIVE. Hardly any bugs inside the house and I hardly ever find any outside the house. The reps who come out to the house are fabulous.

Great experience
The company always notifies me before the scheduled appointment and then the technician text me when he is on the way and when he arrives. They always ask if I am experiencing and pest problems. They take care of my yard then lets me know when they are done and always text me pictures of where they treated around the house. Very thoughtful.

Aptive techs are very professional and…
Aptive techs are very professional and provide timely service. Corporate has quickly resolved any issues I have alerted them about. My main reason for using their service is to treat the exterior of my home for spiders and wasps. They have consistently handled these problems with the correct tools and have found problems that I had not noticed myself.

Qualified and responsible service representatives. Always notified ahead of time for appointment for service. Price for service has continued to increase during our relationship. As I am on a single retired income it is difficult to keep paying increases that have taken place regularly.
