He took the time to explain what he was going to do before starting, which I really appreciated. He carefully treated the area of concern and made sure everything was addressed. Technician service is very good. The technician that came out appeared to very knowledgeable regarding pest control and concerned regarding our needs for controlling pest in our new home. Very friendly with a professional attitude regarding respect for our home property. Very clean appearance. HARD EARNED $ WASTED!
First of all they weren't very forthcoming with me in the beginning. I explained to them what we were dealing with and they accepted my money and took on the job, knowing full well that they weren't able to resolve the problem because they dont have the proper treatment for it. So I stopped the treatments, which were making the situation worse, and canceled the contract. Now they are demanding I pay a cancelation fee! The nerve! I believe they breached the contract by not being honest and reassuring me that they would resolve the issue or 100% refund. I will say that the technicians were all professional and friendly. And I really appreciate the one that let me know they didn't have what it would take!

I was able to reschedule appointments…
I was able to reschedule appointments easily when the situation called for that, but sometimes talking to a live person instead of the online scheduler can be a challenge. One of the managers, James Roberts, has been very helpful. The people that come out and apply the service are always very professional and helpful.

Too pricey for same results
No issues with pest control. This summer I've only noticed a small amount of pests outside, about the same amount as my previous pest control company. However, Aptive charges more per treatment and have came out to treat twice as many times. So, about double the cost for same results. Will be cancelling contract as soon as it ends.

Courteous, on time, professional
The tech was courteous, on time, and professional. Even though we were in the middle of a medical crisis, he was so great. Husband had a stroke two days prior, we were at the hospital and I forgot to reschedule, he came and completed the job. I watched from my cameras. He didn't miss a step. Great service. Even asked if Aptive could help me in any way. 10 stars would be great!
