For some reason the tech didn't come inside my home. I have one problem and that is German cockroaches in my kitchen. It's been months and Aptive is NOT helping. I fired you guys before and it looks like I will have to again.

I ask him to spray for 🐜, he said he sprayed all around the house and dock and the entire yard. Next day it was like he never came. I don’t see how he could do all that in the time he was here. You always send someone new, they don’t know I have mosquito traps that need recharging I can’t always be here to follow them around to make sure it is all getting done. Some are much better than others.

After a lousy visit on a Wednesday and speaking with the operations manager a technician that understood my concerns and what the contract called for came out. It was a visit as advertised by the sales team two months ago.

I’m just glad my contract is over!
I’m just glad my contract is over! Worst service I’ve received from any company. The technicians didn’t show up most of the time and when they did I still had bugs in my yard. Huge waste of money.
