Tyler Peerenboom was fantastic and the absolute best Aptive representative. I’ve had come to my house. I’ve probably had four others here at one time or another over the past six months. Tyler was highly informative, helpful, courteous, and really knew what he was doing. Far better than the other reps that have come to my house. You don’t wanna lose Tyler as an employee… Give him a raise and a promotion! I cannot say enough, good things about him… I finally feel like my Bug problem is under control, thanks to Tyler!

My only comment is I had notification that Aptive would be performing service over a week ago however no one showed up - I did not get a "heads up" for the arrival of the technician yesterday - but he performed his job as expected - thank you

No more spider webs
Aptive treatments have knocked out all the spider webs that used to be in my yard until my face or hair got tangled in them and pulled them down! That happened as I moved around the yard.

Great Service!
Pest control technician was excellent and on-time. Did everything we asked. Only trouble...the company never says whether you have a morning or afternoon appointment, so you can end up spending the whole day at home, since you don't know when they will show. I have complained multiple times!

Great service.
They give plenty of notifications for upcoming service, then the technician always texts me when he’s on the way. If there are any special issues I can tell the tech. Unless I need service inside I don’t even need to be home. Treatment has been very effective, and technicians very nice and accommodating.
