Glad we stayed

We were extremely pleased with our last service. We were actually considering canceling after our previous service as the tech was literally here for less than 10 minutes but Edwardo changed our mind as he did a very thorough treatment of our entire property, cleaning and spraying our porch, supplying a mosquito trap, replenishing our mice trap with bait and fully addressing our concerns. He was excellent!

Call back

I had asked that I be called since i had specific instructions. They did call, it went to voice mail, and they did not leave a message. I have no idea if they did what I asked.

Treatment not working

Tech was here more to treat infestation of small ants. The next day I find more ants than the day he was here. So it seems the treatment that they are charging me for is not working and this is not the first time. Sent a message for someone to call me back and never received a call.

Very responsive

I always appreciate when the Aptive representative texts me before arrival to ask if there is anything specific that needs to be addressed on the visit. That helps me plan my day and also ensures we're able to communicate if I happen to be on a work call when they arrive.

Excellent Service

I appreciate that I'm given a time frame as when the tech will arrive and they will also call to let you know when their on their way. They listen to any issues you might be having and will address each one. They will advise you, as the customer as to what they will do to address the matter and if they should return. Every tech which as come out has been polite and respectful of the property. I have asked each tech that has come to the house to make sure the gate is closed, and they have.

The service tech. Sent me pictures and explained what they did. Everything looked great. The only things was we weren’t home to get the inside done.

Always keep me informed of what was done with pictures. Everyone is very pleasant. They always text before they come over. I work so I don’t see them but they still extend the courtesy. Thank you

call before arrival, pictures of work done if i am not available. for 8 years the service has kept my home and surrounding a rea bug free.

Several years with Aptive

Aptive has been great. My neighborhood is plagued with ants and I've seen a big difference in my yard since they've been servicing it. A new guy came last time and I called to complain and they sent someone over right away to rectify things. Very happy.

Prompt and thorough service

I recognized a problem and Aptiv was quick to schedule a treatment to correct the problem. The technician Marc Grant was knowledgeable and explained the treatment to me.

Very professional, efficient and reasonably priced company. Love the way the service representatives immediately sends a text or email giving you a detailed description, with pictures, of the services that were performed. I would recommend this company to all.
