We have had other pest control services and the big differentiating factor with Aptive is the technicians that service our home. In our experience over the past several years, the care and attention to detail offered by Aptive service techs is exceptional. Great communication before and after each treatment at a fair price.

My experience with Aptive has gone downhill fast. First, they sent me an email reminder for a service appointment on 4/6 — no one showed. When I called, I was told my actual appointment was 4/14. The CSR didn’t seem concerned at all that their reminder system was completely wrong.
She asked what I needed done, and I listed several items. The technician arrived with none of that information. He explained they were recently bought out and their system is a mess now, which honestly tracks with what I experienced.
It got worse from there. They had no supplies to refill the outdoor traps they originally installed. The treatment they used this time was totally different from what I was sold during the contract — and it looked ineffective both inside and outside. All the “bells and whistles” they promised at sign‑up seem to have disappeared.
To be clear, none of this reflects on the technician himself — he did a great job with what he had to work with. The issues are entirely with Aptive’s scheduling, communication, and overall service quality.
Overall, the service quality, communication, and professionalism have dropped significantly. Very disappointing.
